It should work fine on wet concrete, sand, and rocks, in my opinion. The handle has a decent amount of weight to it. Buy two and have a backup because the price is right.
No, I had to drill a hole in it in order to hang it, but it works fine.
I have no idea why it's taking so long. Mine arrived in a flash.
It doesn't fit in a 5-gallon bucket very well. I had to use my chop saw to shorten it.

The other is used to store and distribute salt for our driveway and sidewalk in conjunction with an old litter bucket. dependable and well-made It's well-made, inexpensive, and easy to use.
Things have gotten heavier as I've gotten older. I needed to load pellets into my pellet stove, and lifting a 40-pound bag was pushing my physical limits. So now I drag a bag over to the stove and fill it with pellets until it's completely full. After that, lifting the other half of the bag for the second fill is a breeze.
This was done to see where it would fit best in my chicken toolbox. On all three mediums for the experiment, I was very happy with how well it scooped and never felt like it would collapse or bend. It's well worth the money, and I'm going to buy two more!.
It's a nice scoop, but I had to shave it down 2 inches with my compound miter to fit in a 5 gallon bucket and scoop feed.
These are used for chicken feed as well as pine pellets for cat litter. They're strong and can hold a lot of weight.
It's fantastic for scooping up kitty litter. This works wonders for me because I have a lot of cats.
I received exactly what was described, and the item is in excellent condition.
The scoop is very sturdy. BTW: Our Polaris Rangers have a handle that fits perfectly into one of the holes on the back. This allows a full scoop to be easily transported to other parts of the farm.
