Yes, 9 inches is a great height for a duck to be able to duck his entire head into, and I believe you know more than anyone else who has responded to your question that they need to do so. If they don't have access to a pond, they'll need to submerge their heads in deep enough water to clear their nasal passages. Ask any veterinarian who is knowledgeable about ducks. For the past ten years, I've had geese and ducks, and I've discovered that few veterinarians are willing to care for them. Parishcreek CLINIC in Centerville, Utah, is extremely knowledgeable and hosts question-and-answer sessions about once a month... They do not diagnose, but they can provide you with a wealth of information on various avian species.

I purchased two buckets to keep cat litter in - Each floor has one. It's made the dreadful task of cleaning up after the cats a little easier to handle because we don't have to lug a full container of litter around the house - Stairs leading up and down We don't mind buying bulk cat litter and dispensing a bucket at a time any longer; it won't be long before the buckets pay for themselves solely through bulk purchasing discounts. The strain of lugging heavy litter boxes and bags up and down stairs is no longer an issue. It's also safer to be less off balance when carrying a heavy load up the stairs. This is a fantastic investment that pays for itself in a variety of ways. They also neatly tuck themselves away near the litter boxes. Her favorite color is purple, so that's an added bonus!.
For the time being, as someone who values solid tools and well-made items, This bucket is extremely well-made, and with all of the "ribbing," I have no doubt that it will last (UV may be the only thing that breaks it down). In addition, the metal handle is thicker than most bucket handles. I'm confident I could fill it with concrete without putting any strain on this bucket. I clean brushes in buckets because the lack of a smooth bottom can make cleanup more difficult. That would be my only criticism, but in the case of buckets, I'd prefer durability over cleanability, as they often appear to be made for disposability rather than long-term use.
On the hard metal handle, there is no foam or plastic grip.
It's a bucket, so there's not much to say about it. That's a nice bucket you've got there. It's where my two goats get their water. br>br>I like the flat back and the notch in the handle, which makes it easier to hang if necessary.
We use this bucket to wash our travel trailer and find it to be very useful. It can hold a reasonable amount of water at a reasonable depth without becoming too heavy. It fits nicely on our ladder's platform, leaving room for a few other items if necessary.
I was hoping for a bigger bucket. Because the size was not specified in the description, I apologize for not checking it out more thoroughly. I'll keep it because it's a sturdy, well-made utilitarian item.
Two of them serve as permanent outdoor water buckets, while the third serves as a cleaning bucket. They can withstand UV and chemical exposure on a daily basis.
I needed something sturdy, good quality, and a good size, and this was exactly what I needed.
