Questions & Answers
We recommend not using it inside of a house, but it should be fine inside your barn.
I have four dogs, and it significantly reduces the number of flies biting their legs and bodies. I also use Farnam Fly Repellent (clear) on their ears, which has proven to be very effective.
It would be contingent on the seller's wishes. There are no free shipping offers available for the United Kingdom.
It keeps mosquitoes and flies away.

I just got my order, and I've already used it. My black horse attracts biting flies like crazy. Her legs had 6 to 8 inches of hair on them last night. At one time, there were 12 black flies between the coronet band and her knee. The flies vanished after I sprayed her legs (and always followed up with a soft brush). Those who had survived were left to spin on the ground until they died. No flies bothered her for the rest of the time I was in the barn. br>br>While in the pasture after their spray/brush downs, I noticed both horses swooshing tails and lifting their feet. Hopefully, whatever bit you got will leave you with the gift of death.
Last year, my daughter's science fair project compared the efficacy of various fly sprays. I won't go into detail, but Bronco outperformed the others in terms of initial repelling. Tri-, on the other hand, Tec outperformed them all, and the results were long-lasting. As a result, Tri- Although Tec is more expensive, you may only need to use it once or twice a year.
Even with deer flies, I've tried them all and this is the most effective. If used correctly, I've found it to be effective for both dogs and people. When my daughter and I went horseback riding together, we would spray the horses and let some of the mist fall on us. It worked so well that I'm still buying it even though I'm no longer caring for horses. I walk through a cloud that I sprayed. Of course, the majority of it settles on my clothes, but the small amount that does on my skin has never caused me any problems, unlike people's products like Off. It also doesn't have the same foul odor or greasy feel as other people's products. We have a lot of ticks, so spraying my shoes and socks keeps them away. Mosquitoes can bite right through clothing, so having it sprayed keeps those bites away as well. The spray has never caused any damage or left any marks on any of my clothes. br>br>I seem to attract bugs and am frequently required to water flowers while standing in dense foliage. It makes a huge difference when I use this spray before going out. Although we use the stuff from the vet to keep ticks and fleas from biting my little dog, I don't want them 'riding' him into the house. A quick spritz every now and then keeps the bugs at bay for both of us.
I couldn't even open my back door without attracting a few flies! It was inconvenient because I have two dogs who need to go potty on a regular basis. I had fly swatters all over my house, I avoided going near the trash can because of the swarms of flies, and there were flies just sitting in the grass and on the side of the unit (I had just moved in, so this was an inherited problem). br>br>I did everything I could to get rid of the bugs on my side of the open yard (which was shared by four tenants in total). I always picked up after my dogs, sprinkled diatomaceous earth on the grass on a regular basis, sprayed lavender/peppermint oil extracts on all the exterior corners of the house, and sprayed my grass with diluted dawn soup on some mornings. Everything went according to plan. only for the time being br>br>I finally came across this fly repellent on Amazon and ordered it based on the glowing reviews. Despite the fact that it is intended for horses, I used it on my back door (yes, I sprayed down my back door and trimmings, sprayed the back windows next to the back door, sprayed the walk ways, and sprayed the trash cans). The flies on my side of the unit began to leave after a few days. I no longer had to be concerned about opening my back door and letting a fly in because they had learned to avoid it. Whatever flying bug landed on my back door died (as evidenced by the numerous dead bugs now clinging to my back door). My trash can was covered in dead flies. Finally, I felt like I had won a small battle. The disadvantage is that it is a milky substance. br>br> Because my back door is made of glass, I couldn't see through it after spraying it with this repellent. A residue is also left behind. It didn't have a particularly unpleasant odor. I'm not sure how dangerous this stuff is, but whenever I spray it, I always wear gloves.
Wish I'd known about this fly repellent in concentrate at the start of the summer! To cover my two horses until the end of the summer, I'll need to order a fourth bottle. In fact, I'm going to place another order for two more. After the first order, I noticed the price had increased, but it still does the job, and I like that it has a pleasant scent. br>Would be fantastic if it could be found in a concentrate.
Even in this heat, I ride three times a week to keep the flies away. I'm not sure if it lasts as long as it claims because I wash my horse after every ride, but it works well while I'm riding. This soothes my horse, who is extremely sensitive to flies. The spray is fine; there are some good fly sprays, but the spray is so fine that it gets into my lungs and causes me to cough for a long time after using it.
