My favorite among all the ones I've tried so far

There is a very strong chemical smell from other fly sprays that makes my wife extremely sensitive. In this case, she is not bothered by it. I have also found that it seems to work better (faster) than many other sprays. As a bonus, it also works on ants. These people are instantly killed by it.

It worked well on my horses and it smelled nice. I also tried it on my dog who runs around outside. It worked well on both of them as well. I live in an area where you can buy wine for $20/bottle.

Once used, it is not effective in keeping knats and flies away

For knats and flies to stay away, I have to reapply the treatment after 8 hours. Sorry to hear that.
