A horse I have has stomach issues. He sometimes stops eating if it is bad weather and he can't go out to pasture. He also gets diarrhea when it is bad weather. For several years, he has been taking stomach supplements and prescription medication every day. The price really attracted me to this and I decided to give it a try. My son is still eating his breakfast and has not gone off his food since I gave him the supplement. Compared with the 10 other stomach/ulcer supplements I have tried for him, this one works better. It is a cushings treatment, so I give it at night because the label on the Redmond product warns that it will prevent medications from being absorbed. I have another horse who bites and is aggressive around stalls, as well as grinding Since I brought him home in December, he has been absolutely awful. He eats well and has normal stools, but is really just miserable. When I had the vet come out, I thought he must be in pain. In order to find out if this made a difference, I put him on Redmond's to see if he did. He has actually exhibited improved behavior as a result. It is clear that he is still nippy but not aggressive. This implies that he has stomach problems but they seem to be subclinical on examination. Despite the fact that this product is promoted for 'Stress Relief', I find it very useful to provide my horses with the missing minerals they need. My dog licks dirt since the day she was born she was this way from before she even learned how to walk. Thanks to this product, my horse has shown significant improvements in his health. He takes Sucralfate and has tried hundreds of dollars worth of Gastro Guard. I will continue to use Sucralfate, but this product has definitely made a difference for him. The first sign of something that makes her nervous causes her to get diarrhea. Her behavior has improved significantly and she is much calmer now. The ride is much easier for her now, as she was unable to walk beforehand, but she walked around with her head high and threw some sideways on its back. I have noticed a major difference in this stiff mare since she has been using this product about a month. She is walking with loose reins and her head low now after using this product. Her career as an athlete ended when she injured her leg as an 18-year-old high jumper. The product has proven its effectiveness for her through a lot of trials and tribulations.

The answer is really hard to give. Despite her hard nature, my mare is a very diligent and hard-working animal. All she does is worry constantly, causing her to burn a lot of calories. The clay helped her gain some weight, but it's hard to say how much has to do with the clay and how much has to do with the fact that the grass is growing in spring. The challenge is getting her to consume this food - My daughter, who is very picky about food, doesn't like powders. She has to have water mixed in her food and mix this in, but if I use too much water, it can make mud and sit on the bottom of the Her powder leaves all the powder behind on her feed if I feed her dry. She should eat it like she should, so maybe this would be more effective than before. It would be great if the pellets were available. It is worth mentioning I dipped my finger in it to 'sample' it just to see if there was an obscure flavor needing to be Not at all. This tastes like tasteless dirt with no bad 'flavor' to it.
