Zacro Pack of 2 LCD Digital Aquarium Thermometer Fish Tank Water Terrarium Temperature

The two-pack is on its way to me Pack a thermometer for the water as well as one for my turtle's basking area so I could measure its body temperature. Both of them work fine after I loaded the batteries into one. The other has a letter L instead of the temperature due to the batteries not being seated correctly. In the end I guess I ended up getting only one for the price of two since I need to keep tabs on the water temperature. Up to date Because it was so low in price, I did not bother contacting the seller or sending nonrefundable payments Back to Amazon with the working thermometer. This loss has just been written off as a minor misfortune. I was then emailed by Lucy at Zacro after reading this review. She apologized profusely and offered to send a new thermometer after I did not get her original email (it went to spam), and then followed up and sent another email, which I did receive. A new package of two was instead sent, both of which are functional. Next, she followed up with a question as to whether it was alright that they had arrived. As a result of Zacro's excellent customer service initiative, I'm changing this rating to a five-star rating.

We tested two hours of water with the Autidefy brand of thermometers, and the results are pretty accurate within one degree, This is a clearer thermometer than a glass thermometer, and it gives me a good ballpark temperature to ensure my betta fish, shrimp, snails, and plants aren't too hot or too.

As a result of installing one of these, I can now monitor the temperature of my tanks without much difficulty. A couple of weeks ago, I was setting up my new aquarium and was trying to determine the perfect setting for the heater when I came across these products. In my old tank, I am now using the second one I got as a bonus. They both show temperatures that are within a degree of the non-digital thermometer In the past, I had been using digital ones. Although I don't really care which is closest to the truth, I can't say which is the most accurate. My aim is to keep my fishes within the middle of their optimal range, so a degree up or down isn't that important. To me and my wet pets, the most important aspect is knowing the temperature remains within the range and rests within a certain range. Despite the small size, these are just the right size to be easily read without being distracting.

Update 7/13/17 It was a pleasant surprise that the vendor contacted me and credited my credit card without my asking. I was very impressed with their customer service. They handled the situation very quickly as well. As a company, we are taking a long-term view of how to conduct our business. One of them works perfectly, the other does not. The thermometers were purchased in two packs. The one I placed in a freshwater tank worked like a charm A saltwater tank is the best place to put one. After a while the temperature was reading correctly, but it suddenly began showing a low reading it is now showing a false reading. Two other thermometers that are accurate have been checked against it. suppose saltwater is not good for these units. I am disappointed.

Then, add this You have straight up garbage on your hands! The thermometer is in an aquarium with ice-cold water. I placed it in the aquarium and then it went into the aquarium. The temperature in my living room is 65 degrees, and the heater in my 125 gallon aquarium is still not installed The thermometer is bouncing all over the place and cannot possibly be more inaccurate.

There are now two of them in my aquariums. My heaters need to work effectively when temperatures drop, so I had to make sure that they are on. At the time of feeding, I keep these temperature monitors on so that I can check if all is well at the time of feeding. In fact, I did change the temperature setting on my heater as soon as I saw the change in reading. It was difficult to read floating thermometers - I used to have floating thermometers - I'm not too concerned about exact readings, but I need them to check my heater to make sure it's not broken during winter when it can get quite cold inside my house. It is worth it for me even if I have to deal with a few months of battery life Unless these batteries fail, I will leave the display off and use them when needed, which is highly unlikely given that the batteries are inexpensive. *update 12/30 I have now replaced the batteries with a similar type. Over the past two months, I have kept the battery and display on at all times, and I don't notice any difference in performance. Hopefully I will be able to buy another for the new aquarium I have set up.

I am stuck at 88 in the first pack I installed. I opened the second pack of products and found that the digital display was not working, it showed lines and partial numbers. I followed the instructions, but it would not shut off. After a trip to the store and buying new batteries, they are still not I'm so sorry. That's a real bummer and a bit inconvenient. It was more important to me to have a good working product for my precious fish, I didn't care about the price. My purchase of this product was primarily driven by its decent reviews. I hate that!.
