It is much cheaper to buy the guard rather than buying a heater that has it on it. The guard is only 7" long, so a 100 watt heater will be longer than the guard. A heater that has a guard on it would be much more expensive than the guard alone.

I think it would have been made for a 100-person audience Although it is only a 200-watt heater, I think it will keep my 200-watt heater warm My clumsy handling seems to be well protected by this heater. It does not cover the middle section, but it still offers good protection overall. There is a good amount of thickness to the plastic and it fits well. I like the look of the two suction cups. I have to find another to complete my 100-word essay This heater is about watts. The article has been added to my 200-word story I am going to protect the watt heater first since it costs more.

The cover is well made and It measured about 8 inches long and was a bit hard to eat I was able to cover the rubber tip on my heater that was not removable

The pieces twist together to form one unit. As for what it does cover, I am unable to comment further because between purchase and receipt I received a new aquarium and a new The bigger cover is on the way now. Whenever I let it sit on an open area, my pleco keeps burning itself. It's very nice, much sturdier than the shorter heater that I used, and the rubber tip of the heater does not need to be removed as with other items so it's a plus that I did not have to remove it from another tank. The safety feature and stability of the product are both.

I have tried everything I can think of to get these to work. They came off a couple of minutes after I attached them. I then replaced them with other suction cups I had laying around and it worked perfectly.
