Questions & Answers
Tanks from Aqueon fit on 'most' of these. In response to feedback from our customers, they either offset the divider and have a smaller and larger section, or they get two dividers, which make three sections in the tank, with the filter in the center section. Our recommendation for divided tanks, though, is to use sponge filters, since a hang on back filter can produce a strong flow in a smaller divided area.
Using just one divider will not require two heaters if you are using just one as a divider.

Welcome. Thanks for taking the time to learn about Aqueon tanks are the only ones that fit this divider. There can be no other tanks in which it will work.

This was attributed to user error (and, arrogantly, a belief that all 10-year-olds are ) so we acquired another random aquarium in the same size This thing looked good before it was filled with water, but then the thing blew out and spewed glass and all ten gallons of water onto Don't let us down - follow the directions for choosing the type!.
The purpose of getting this was to get two male bettas for my A zebra danios that I had in a tank with one of them seems to be nibbling at the tail of the smaller fish in the tank with them (bettas). I used to have separate tanks for each of my 3 bettas. In order to introduce this new fish to my betta that was getting his tail nipped, I moved it into a smaller tank I use for quarantine until it arrived. I found the installation to be relatively easy. In order to close the gaps, it is challenging to move the side bars out. If your tank has already been established, you will relocate the substrate, so that it will kick up whatever is underneath and cloud up your tank for a bit, but I was happy with the purchase and it is good for keeping out of sight of the betta fish to avoid confusion and stress.
As far as setting up the dividers was concerned, I did what was told. Followed the instructions when I bought the tank. I was never able to get them to fit properly. It was only after watching a video that I was sure I was doing it correctly. I finally got my two Betta fish after setting up my tank, getting it cycled, and then setting it up! I had a friend suggest that I put one in at a time, and I am so glad I did, because within five minutes the betta had managed to squeeze itself between the two layers of glass & water Divvy up! Seeing as there's not much I can do about it, I guess there's nothing I can do. It would be impossible unless I wanted to disassemble the entire tank! That is what I'm guessing as to my singular betta's tank, a 10 gallon tank. I have no idea what I am doing! It's a terrible product! I'm very disappointed with it!.
The purpose of the filter is to separate the view of the Angelfish in the tank from everything else in the tank while the Angelfish are in I thought it looked like it had a clip on the side, and I thought that with a few adjustments, I might be able to fix it. The only way to get there was by Boards like this are floaters, so they need to be buried and clipped to set them in place. If you have the exact tank, then it would be perfect. If you plan on repurposing it, then it would be ideal. My guess would be no, unless it is not submerged. This is a very sturdy material.
Thanks so much for selling it to me. In the description, it says you need a 10 gallon Aqueon tank to fit this. I have a 10 gallon Aqueon tank. was easy to set up in the tank. It took me about 3 minutes to do so. The little clips hold it in place, so it is sturdy. My wife and I are very happy with the.
This was the fourth order I'd placed before the current The boys are unable to see each other due to the fence. In the case of water, flow is possible. The only thing to remember is to make sure your tank is empty of all decor before placing it in other to prevent it from not fitting.
Following the order, I went to the store and bought the exact tank, but it was still too small.
The divider does most of it's job for what it is and is quite good for its purpose. Unfortunately, you need to consider how smart your Betta is before you purchase. Upon discovering that my halfmoon could jump over the divider, I had no choice but to use a lid in order to keep them separate. If you remember to clean your tank at regular intervals, it will not be too difficult to knock over because it is friction fit.
