There should be no problem fitting a 55 gallon, but you may need to order a couple extra depending on how you set it up with your 55 gallon's dimensions. I have a 155 gallon tank and I have to use two grids in order to separate it into two halves.
The answer is yes
On Etsy, you'll find some awesome handcrafted basking areas that have ramps to go over your tank.
The letters "mt" seem to stand for something else. The only way to find out if there are enough square inches is to look at the product's dimensions. lose their grip after a while, but the snaps hold the pieces together tightly enough to make the set one solid unit.

Due to the size of my second tank, I didn't want to move it permanently, so I searched for another option and found My concern was that many of the tanks had very small holes, and due to this the filtration on both sides was not adequate. I found this divider to be the one that provided the greatest amount of water flow throughout the tank and had holes large enough so that they wouldn't be able to get stuck in them. In my search for a 10 gallon aquarium divider, Amazon delivered this page as one of the most relevant results. As soon as I read the dimensions, I figured that was good since I was looking for a 10 gallon divider, I assumed it would be appropriate in size, but it turned out to be a little over an inch too wide. I apologize for making that mistake. The dimensions of my aquarium were incorrect - I should have checked them twice The reason I brought it up was in case anyone else did the same. Good news! I managed to make it work by removing 3 of the "squares" along the long edge, making it 10 squares instead of 13. I am 5 inches tall. As a result, the divider was just as useful as before. Although I found it a bit tricky to install at first, my aquarium has a lip at the top that is thinner than the actual walls. This made it necessary to screw it in on an angle with the suction cups already attached, and then straighten it once it passed the lip for installation. The product is very sturdy and hasn't moved on its own once installed. It appears that the water flow is good, and there is movement on the surface on the other side of the tank from the filter. I have tried taking samples from both sides of the divider to make sure all of the water is filtering, and this appears to be the case.
The platforms act as a safe place for my Axolotls to hang out. As soon as the food was added, it fell to the bottom of the tank and they let the water flow throughout.
There is absolutely no reason for me to recommend this product! It is easy for one of my male bettas to swim through the holes into the side of one of I take him out and place him in his own kennel and place my larger male in his kennel, no problem! My female Betta got stuck in the hole after trying to swim through it while I was eating dinner! I checked all 4 bettas then, and one was stuck in the hole. As a result, her scales are missing, she's discolored and shows signs of blood loss. I'm taking these four bettas out of my tank at the moment and putting them in their own tanks. Sorry to hear that!.
This is an appalling choice for what it is intended for. Snapping them together is impossible. I do not believe so. There's no way the moulds will be able to handle it adequately. There is just enough room for a Roseline Barb to jam himself into the opening A small object will pass through just fine. It would probably fall if anything bigger were to pull on it. So, now that all of the above is out of the way, I use these before I put This saves me money on substrate and lets me put big rocks on a smaller area. The hardscape can also be glued on first so the entire assembly will definitely not flip over/move/fall. In the past I have done a moss wall using suction cops and it did not work out. Ultimately, I took it out. However, I think if it were glued/siliconed in, it would be a good choice for that. Simply use a set of pliers to cut/snap to size to fit any applications. The ones I've used for this purpose are also excellent, and I recommend them highly. The following are the key points This would be terrible for a divider, but it would work well for landscaping.
It is almost impossible to get the two together after clicking them both at the same time Having spent 10 minutes on the task, I gave up and zip-tied The turtles in my care will use them as part of their dry land habitat, so I ordered two of them. In testing, I discovered that the provided suction cups by themselves do not work for any size turtle because the plastic separates from the suction cups with any weight applied. To correct this, I zip-tied them to hang from the habitat However if you intend to use it for fish separation, then it isn't a bad product.
I really like I knew what I wanted when I saw this. A couple of my aquatic turtles now fight against each other despite being best buds for 15 years. A few dividers were available at local pet stores, and all of them turned out to be rubbish. I found that either the turtle covers were too small for my 65 gallon aquarium or they were too flimsy and my turtles would damage There are things about this product that people don't like about it, and that are things I personally like. A firm and snug fit is ensured when they snap together. The first snap clicked into place when I pinched it together, then I just pounded the rest in to place as they were aligned from the first one to be Perhaps one could use a rubber mallet on the separate pieces to join them. Although my turtles have attempted to break through the barrier many times, it hasn't moved. I've used this product for the past month without any results. That's why I love it so much. For a secure and extremely sturdy divider for your tank, this is highly recommended. In the future, I would definitely buy this product again.
Petco sold me an Aqueon 29 gallon aquarium, which fits perfectly in this tank. Using 3 of these, there would be enough divider pieces and suction cups to build 4 dividers sized for 29 gallon tanks (both divider pieces and suction cups). I had one rectangular piece and a couple of additional suction cups leftover. This is a very sturdy product. That was exactly what I was looking for!.
My two painted turtles - one male and one female - love this. It is the best product I have bought in a long time. In the latter stages of the male's life, he became more agressive, so I had to separate The boys are back in one tank again, and it feels great!.
