Plants made of plastic are generally not my favorite. Aquascaping with live plants is one of my favorite things to do. The rule does not apply to everyone all the time. It was important to me to set up a low maintenance tank for my 72 gallon cold water tank for fancy goldfishes. It is possible to achieve some really nice effects with this bamboo, especially if you combine it with bamboo poles (see attached photo). As long as they're covered with some algae, you can fool most people into believing they're real. Using them to camouflage the overflows of a 150 gallon Amazon aquarium, I camouflage them with three rows of rocks. Rather than use the base that came with them, I didn't use it because it keeps the pieces too clumped together. To achieve the same goal, I also rearranged the order in which they should go together. As I mentioned, I had purchased these items in the past. They used to be much better quality about a decade ago. Moreover, it is more durable and thicker. In comparison with the older set, which had flimsy sections that would come apart very easily, these newer sets fall apart very easily. It's still fine, but they probably won't last as long as they did.

A live plant is more appealing to me. Because my chiclaids like eating them, I can't keep You must have spent quite a bit of money on that. As a way to fill the empty space, I selected these 3 ft bamboo. Purchasing three packages for my 60 gallon aquarium was a good decision for me. It is great to have them around! These look great, thanks for sharing! They are also enjoyed by my fish! There are many plants that are the same price, but much smaller than plastic plants. Plastic plants are generally way too expensive. I've seen similar plants that are absurdly overpriced. You can either put the base of these in sand and let them float on top of water or you can take the base off and let them float on top of It makes me happy when they are Having plastic plants would be wonderful, but they are so expensive. There is no way I can prove this, and I don't understand it. The problem is that the plant caused four strange deaths after I placed it. The cage contained two barbs, a molly, and a baby molly. (It was cleaned thoroughly beforehand. ) I obtained good results from the water tests, and I even purchased a new test kit (the old was expired that month) and continued with A few barbs seemed to stay near the plant and then their behavior would abruptly change. It was hard to watch them without them zoning out and staring This molly has been very active and excited, but now she's the same as before. In regards to the baby, it is hard to say much. Purchasing a pregnant molly by accident and she hadn't even lived a month when her baby died and was left for dead. They are all found in or around the plant. They are not tangled in, but either float or sink above it. I removed the plant and everyone else started being active and excited again as they'd been for a while. However, there is no real proof this plant caused these issues. It was just one last barb that was causing trouble, but since it has been removed, they are As I mentioned, I cannot prove that it was this plant that caused my aquarium to deteriorate, but my tank is doing much better now that it has been As well, cleaning it was a pain, as I had to remove and scrub every time.

I would not recommend buying it. had negative experience with a 75 gallon tank though it was beautiful. As per the reviews, I seem to be a bit of an outlier but please consider that before making a purchase).

I really liked this plant - it was a great choice. Despite the cloudiness, I did not experience any problems. Having a weighted bottom was sufficient to push it under the gravel without having to force it too far. It has many shades of green in it, which I find appealing. You'll find it in the rightmost corner of the page.

It doesn't look as good in the pictures as it actually is The odds are not in our favor. Floating plants look so natural! I use this the way it is! It also effectively shades a little of the tank when positioned in that position.

I wasn't a fan of it when I first put it in my tank. Upon closer inspection, I found the color to be too light/neon, making it appear making this purchase, I owned two quality artificial plants that cost $40 each, and they turned out great. My friends constantly complimented me on them, and I loved them so much. These beings were thought to be real by the people. My favorite plants began to wear out after two years, and their leaves were turning my water a green hue. So I had Despite trying for hours to find the same ones online, I was unable to find them. The bamboo won out, so I chose it. Artificial plants that reach the top of my tank are hard to find since it is three feet tall. am sorry to say that there was no natural-looking tree I could find I found a plant on Amazon that looked 3 ft tall, but this one is a little shorter. In the end, it was the size of this bamboo that led me to So I have been keeping it in my tank for about 2 weeks. Because I was comparing it to old plants that I had on a pedestal, I think I had a bias against it, which led me to not like it at first. It has taken some time for me to get used to the bamboo, but now I am enjoying My adoration for it is growing. It appears more natural in my opinion with the brighter color, and the height is great as well. This bamboo not only reaches the top of my cichlid tank, but it's long enough for the tips to sort of drift on top, which is what I like. My only complaint about this plant is that the anchor doesn't work well with the fish tank. Due to its lack of weight and lack of natural appearance, it often becomes unrooted when a current or a fish swims through it, and the base that shows is a weird-looking sphere. There is supposed to be a piece of plastic and gravel or sand covering it. I am going to continue searching for the brand of plants that I used to have. While this bamboo is still great, it is very satisfactory in the meantime. This is a great deal based on the price as well. I love it because my fish enjoy it The don't have as shallow an attitude as I do.
