Does the material of these dental chew sticks allow them to bend? Bending of the pipes is there? I greatly appreciate your response (my vet told me to not put anything hard inside my maltipoo's mouth.) ?

The are a bit bendy and not as soft as you might think. The griddle is soft enough that my 13yr old min pin can chew it and break it off without difficulty. These chews are a hit with her and her 4 year old sis.

Does this still come from the US and are they made here?

Not a hundred percent sure, but I believe it to be so.

Not at all! Never - it always comes with a brand If I were you, I would return that.

The new formula differs slightly from the old one
5/5

For quite a few years, the old formula of these treats has been a big hit with my dogs. These two treats are near and dear to my oldest and pickiest dog (12 years old). The fact that he is still extremely active makes it necessary for me to give him as much glucosamine and chondroitin as possible. Therefore, getting your hands on Get Naked Joint Health treats was a fantastic Despite my disappointment, my dogs enjoyed the other flavors in the line as well.

When the formula was discontinued as part of the launch of the new grain free version, I was deeply Even more so, since the new treats had not reached the super-taste buds yet With the old formula, I was used to receiving an affordable price (under $4) and the price on the discontinued formula was skyrocketing, which was typical of a market for an abandoned product. I was concerned that my dogs would not like the new formula or would become ill from it. The old formula only contained rice and oats (which I didn't think were major concern in doggie diets), so I have no idea why they went grain free, but I am very glad the prices of the treats went back down to the affordable levels everyone loves. I am happy to report that the treats have passed the doggie taste test and have yet to return the same Here is my comparison to what the old formula for the treats looked like AROUND THE EXTERIOR It is worth noting that the packaging for both treats is quite similar in wording and warnings, though the ingredients list does differ slightly. I'm not obsessed with orange, so the orange package is more tolerable than the chartreuse package, and since the bag still looks uglier since neither color suits me much. Although the new packaging is clearly misguided, the development of it was clearly unnecessary. As a result of attempting to create the packaging look like more natural products do in most marketing, the appearance of the bag has been softened to the extent that it is very difficult When it comes to the front, ditching the outline on the letters is a big mistake with the gradient to light orange in the center since it makes the letters look so fuzzy I thought my glasses may not be working or may fall There is yet another change on the back of the label. It is no longer a crisp black font with white letters this time around. Because the packaging is bilingual in English and French, I understand why the smaller font should have been employed, however the use of white is once again displeasing I cannot even read the NPIC logo or company information because it is so blurry. Here's what's inside There is no longer any grain ingredient or tapioca starch in the old formula since potatoes have replaced both. As for the other ingredients listed, they are also This nutritional analysis is almost identical to the last one, except that minimum crude protein content has been increased from 18% to 20%. We continue to list the same amount of glucosamine (32mg) and chondroitin sulfate (19mg) per serving, as well as the same amount of DHA A 26 kcal treat remains a calorie treat. As the old formula was, the new one uses the same length and shape, and has an almost identical level of give as far as the hardness of the treat goes (which is good since our rescue dog has only The dogs enjoy them for a few minutes, as they are not hard and chewy at the same time, but they are still delicious so they get excited when they see their favorite treat bag (and they know the shape and sound!) I watched my dog gulp down the new treats on her own, and I would say that some of them may be harder to bite through, but none too hard. I was a bit disappointed when comparing the new and old treats to see that the new ones are a bit slimmer than the old ones. Even so, when you consider that you got 2 fewer bags than you did with the old formula, that is a bit disappointing. My dog was chewing the treats extremely hard, so I have noticed that the new ones are slightly heavier per piece and the higher density makes sense given the extra chewing he As far as the new formula is concerned, the scent is similar to the old formula, slightly different, but still similar, and neither my dogs nor I have any complaints. It will be very good news if the treats continue to remain at this low price, and it would put to rest my concerns over the formula switch. In my opinion, I'd never spend more than $5 per bag, but that may partly be due to my inability to spend much more on a pet indulgence at the moment and partly to how cheap I am (when it comes to taking caring for It makes them happy, and I enjoy giving them a bit of extra vitamin therapy for their little arthritic knees. With the price it's economically feasible. Furthermore, I can give the two older dogs at least one of these per day. There are [

Would it be better if it were still in its These chew sticks do not come in the sealed pouch they have always come in
3/5

I am not sure why they are not in their original packaging. Dogs are not my favorite treats and I am hesitant to serve them to them. Are there any other cases similar to this with "unusual" packaging?.

I give these to my dogs and they love them
5/5

It is the cleanness of these treats that I appreciate most. There are crumbs and residues that get everywhere when it comes to other treats. My dogs have never been found to be carrying anything in these. I'm sure they help clean teeth because of the shape and the minty scent they emit. The claims they make about joint health aren't something I can vouch for, but the products are definitely loved by my dogs. The children have never had an upset stomach after eating these chews, while others will experience problems with other.

It's hard to believe that these low-calorie treats are good for dogs
5/5

I was fortunate to find these treats for my cute little pups, since they needed a change from their usual treats. I have a good chance of making my escape while they are distracted, but I can leave the house and make my escape as they are chomping away for a while. bought the chocolate bars in a wide variety of flavors, but I cannot testify to their liking of any of the flavors I bought. You would be surprised how many calories are present in dog treats, so if you give your pup several treats a day, the pounds can really add up. As long as the treats are relatively low in calories, I can give them to my pupsters several times daily.

You should choose a size that's right for your dog, rather than one that's too large
4/5

All the chews from Get Naked are very popular with my dog. In spite of the fact that my dog weighs 52 pounds, I ordered the small dog baskets because I had a scare with the large one. As if a mold had formed, the large stick became stuck on my dig's teeth. In order to keep her from choking, I had to pull it off. If my dog is medium sized, I would go with the small size. They are easy to digest and do not leave a mess behind.

There is nothing better than watching a dog My home has been a shelter for many dogs and I have volunteered for local rescue groups
4/5

These treats are a favorite of all of them. like the price and my dogs love them, but I don't like the fact that they seem to pack on the pounds when they The least I can do is keep That's a lot of calories for an everyday snack. far as joint pain is concerned, I haven't seen anything to support that theory.

These treats are amazing! These treats are a hit with my dogs! They don't want to leave these alone since one of them is much pickier than the other
5/5

pleasant minty/vanilla smell and they aren't too hard so they will have no problem chewing on them if your dog has missing teeth or is older. They can actually be broken in half - The ties are bendy so you have to work a bit for them, but nothing too difficult. The chews I own are for both dogs. I have one that weighs 15 pounds and another that weighs 20 pounds. So that's great. They are kept busy for a longer period because of the large ones. Because they consume more than they need of these, I like the ingredients and the price is great.

I can't get my dog to get her teeth into these
3/5

They are so hard she can't get into them. Although she tries to chew them, they are just too hard. Usually, she doesn't have an issue chewing other, moderately hard dental chews however, these are too hard for her. Putting a piece of her hair on her neck would be risky she might We can't return to our previous location. That's too bad.
