It is not strong enough for the clips

Possibly the cable on this is for dogs under 125 pounds, but it does not appear to have clips that can accept that weight. The first time she pulled on it, my 17 pound dog was able to pop one clip off. Suddenly she was chasing after another creature, but I wasn't expecting the clip to break after the very first ten minutes of usage.
