Questions & Answers
The short answer is yes and no. Initially, it is fine. However, I believe it will stretch over time, just like any other leather leash would, if your dog pulls and the leash is positioned low. It is fine to place this close to the top of the ears as intended (like in a show ring type of way). Personally, I have had great success with it on my Great Dane when he was a young pup about 10-14 weeks old. We are 15 weeks old now. For our daily walks, I no longer used it because he pulls so much- Since I have not trained him correctly to walk with this type of leash, he has not been able to solve his problem. Although I still use it to quickly bring him out for a bathroom break, he gets sucked right back into the house as soon as he gets out. Once he has been trained not to pull while walking or goes to the elderly and is less energetic, I am sure I will use it again. currently weighs 135 pounds and it works for the purpose for which I intend it. It is my wish that this helps you with your decision, and I apologize in advance if my reply is confusing. I tried to convey my point clearly. Also, I must say that it is of good quality and has a great color. When it was new, it was stiff (like any leather leash). At first, it softened up after some usage. Hope you have a good day!
I believe it is made by an Amish family. The material is extremely strong and soft at the same time

I love this leash, but it's tough to use until I found the right way. I was told it should be on the left side by my dog trainer. It works perfect when used the correct way, but I have a very strong-minded lab who thinks things should work out the way she wants them. Once she has walked with this leash a few times, she has come to walk along my left side. After a while, I have been able to get her to slow down when she walks. It makes her much happier to go on walks, and I am amazed how happy I am that my arm isn't slipping out of its I love the fact that she walks at my pace and is content walking slower than I am.
This is a good thing. I bought this after a trainer recommended it to me. Pay attention with the steering head). You get what you paid for here. Friction is also reduced due to its smoothness. Lastly, I would like to mention this Verify the leash is attached to the buckle on the correct side. By taking it off, and then reversing it, and putting it back on, it should follow the neckline, through the buckle (straight), and up to your hand. If it reverses direction at the buckle, you have added friction (not good). Hope you have a good day! If you're going to do it right, do it.
A dog can chew through it easily since it is too soft. Several dogs have been treated with it. About 8 months after I owned it, it broke apart because I had it on a 90lb dog. He turned and he basically bit through it with just one bite. As a result, it's pretty useless without cutting it and buying a leather repair kit to be able to.
The real leather that has been written about so many times is excellent quality, and the length and heft are perfect for the 100 pound of my (I weigh *)
I never really use the tabs much as a visual aid, so I do not remove a star for it. The loop is still prone to tightening even though I haven't made them (or the brass rivets) thick enough to stop it. It appears that there was a review here from someone who made changes to the documents. As well as hiking and walking in neighborhoods, I also enjoy walking my dog. Sometimes when we are hiking, we let her stop to sniff an object, especially if it is a new-to-her The trail leads through the United States. Due to this, I seem to often need to switch hands when I'm using the leash. Can't seem to figure out what to do. Trainers are the ones who can provide this information.
I found what I was looking for with this leash. Several pieces on it can be moved so that the neck-band around the dog can be tailored to fit the size of the animal. As of now, I have used it on my 10 week old Great Dane puppy, and was happy with the results. The length is perfect and the product overall appears to be a great product. I expect it to last for some time.
This is the collar we bought for our second collie puppy, because of its bullet head design that makes it easy for dogs to back out of it unless it is exceedingly A slip leash makes it easy to hold the leash tight enough to prevent it from slipping out, and it has a stop so it can't get too tight, so it's safer and gentler than a standard choke-leash. Putting a chain on your neck. A thick leather strap accompanies the pup, and the stop settings can be adjusted as the pup This leash is okay with one exception the round slip ring. It enables the leash to rotate very easily. If the slip ring is flat, it would allow the leash to slip but keep it flat.
I am amazed at how amazing this was! You won't believe how great this leash is! I love how well this was When I tried to cancel the order it was going to arrive a day later than expected, and I wasn't going to be home to pick it up until later. I am so glad I didn't! I was surprised that it arrived earlier, but more importantly it was so much nicer than I had I found it to be very nice for the price. Second leather leash I've tried, and I expected it to be plain for the price. NOT TRUE! I love this bag because it's very durable, the leather is soft and pliable, and it looks awesome. The price I would have paid for it in the shop would definitely have been higher. You should definitely check it out! The experience will not disappoint you!.
I have a rescue English Foxhound who is excellent at slipping his neck out of a traditional collar. Since I now use this slip leash when I go walking, I feel much more comfortable. Leather is hard to beat when it comes to its feel and appearance. Even with two 70lb dogs nearby who like to pull each other when there are other dogs nearby, it has held up so far (2+ months). My dog has even trotted next to my bike while I use it (though the 6 footer might not be the best selection for this scenario). I like the length because it allows for control while also providing the dog with the ability to feel the slightest movements from your hand. It also doesn't drag on the ground while still being comfortable for your dog. Since this style works well, I've decided to get a martingale collar for his regular collar since it works well with the style. It can also be used with a regular leash if I want.
