I'm the proud owner of a 90-pound bulldog. So I get it; it's not the most durable out there, but it's held up well and serves our needs well. We haven't had any problems (and, as you can imagine, they get bumped into a lot due to our dog's size).
It's a strap with holes every 24 inches that sits on the ground. So the goal is to get the poles in a straight line and evenly spaced. It's something we just added to this most recent shipment to make setup easier, so it wasn't in the previous photos.

The weave poles arrived quickly and were simple to assemble and disassemble. A second set is on the way. They are a hit with our dog.
I would purchase these again. Because of the grommets in the included "ribbon," it was simple to align the poles at the same width. Simply lay out the "ribbon" and push the poles into place. When you're finished, store them in the included carrying case. I intend to purchase a second set to bring the total number of posts to 12.
I'm teaching weave pole work to my dog as part of his agility training. Great product, but I have a couple of recommendations for the seller: 1) Provide a set of twelve, as this is the standard for most contests. 2) Instead of solid blue, provide ones with high-visibility markers. I painted mine, and they turned out beautifully, but it would be nice to have the option of having them painted or marked already.
After two uses, the device became unusable. The spikes are connected by a plastic section near the bottom. We put it to the test with a 35-pounder. I'm a dog and I'm broken.
I like how they come in a bag so they can be carried around. Our dog was ecstatic to have her own poles at home!.
Being able to practice more frequently than once a week made a huge difference. class for a week Every day, our dog improves his speed. Because each pole is a separate piece, there is a lot of flexibility. It's simple to set up and move.
They are exactly what I was looking for and are very effective.
These poles are fantastic. Setup and transport to the park are both simple. They're great for training and adjusting as your dog improves because you can easily stagger them out a little or angle them.
