I don't have any experience with it in doodles, but it doesn't work as well on longer-haired dogs, especially short-haired dogs. I hope this information is useful.

If you got the one for a smaller dog, I'm sure it would work for a cat as well. However, because I have a big dog, I went with the bigger one. I have a mixed breed dog with strange fur, and I have English Bulldogs with short hair that gets in everything, so I use it on them when I bathe them. And it's effective.

It also works wonders on cloth, as we discovered. Whether it's removing the fur from the front of the couch cushions caused by the dog brushing against them, cleaning his bed before washing it, or brushing down the car upholstery - This is more effective than a lint roller at removing hair from most surfaces.
My dogs despise being brushed, and I've tried every type of dog brush available over the years. This has completely transformed my life, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who owns a bulldog. With the amount of hair we brushed off our boy, I was able to create an entire new dog. Just in time to get rid of the winter coat. This device is incredible!.
She sheds a lot, but it's mostly because of her white, long top. The problem isn't with her soft, fuzzy black layer hair underneath. The majority of brushes are focused on the undercoat, which was not helping me. Luckily, I came across the Zoom Groom brush. I figured it was worth a shot. You can see how much of her topcoat I was able to remove after about 5 minutes of brushing in the photo. My dog didn't seem to mind either (although some of the brushes did irritate her skin). she was injured). If you need to remove a topcoat, I highly recommend this brush. It also works well on pet fur on furniture, as mentioned by another reviewer. the use of carpet.
When I first used this, I was pleasantly surprised at how much hair I was able to "loosen" by brushing in long strokes. I used circular motions and the amount of hair was reduced. The thing I don't like about it (and may be doing it incorrectly) is that the hair doesn't "stick" to the brush and instead stays loose on his back, which I have to brush away with my hands. I'd be grateful for any advice! br>I did use it in the tub while taking a bath and there was a lot of loose hair.
This is a fantastic tool. I made the mistake of leaving my first one, which I had for ten years, in the shower area, where it stayed wet for a long time. And, of course, it started to mold and mildew. I disinfected it and washed it off, but the remaining stains bothered me. So I threw it out and was ecstatic to discover that the exact same one was still for sale after all these years. It appears to be the same heavy-duty thick rubber, so I expect I'll be able to use it for another ten years if I keep it dry after each use. It also works well to gently massage the lather into my dog's coat. It worked for my furry golden, and now it's working for my short-haired pit mix as well.
My two boxer/bull mastiff mixes wreak havoc on the house with their short, coarse hair. This brush was recommended by my groomer, and it's incredible! I couldn't believe how much stray hair they had until I saw the zoom groom remove it all! Bonus: It was a huge hit with both of my dogs. I'm convinced that if I kept brushing them, they'd lay there for hours! I would strongly suggest it.
This is much gentler on my dog's skin than the other kind, which removes the undercoat with steel teeth. This is something that we can apply to our daily lives. To remove the undercoat, you will need to brush your pet in a circular motion. When we're done with that, we brush our guy's hair "normally" to smooth it out. " This is an excellent tool.
For my short-haired dog, I've tried all of them. This brush has a magical quality to it. It works wonders for us when it comes to removing dead hair. Brush in a circular motion as directed. Brush her hindquarters and chest in particular, and do it outside if possible; when I first tried this, I brushed her four or five times in one day, and the hair just kept coming, all over my patio. But, at the very least, it's no longer in my house! For short-haired dogs, this is the best brush.
