The bag does not qualify for a return (for some strange reason), but it broke after carrying poop bags for our 12 lb Cavachon after less than a month. You can probably break it if you drop it. I feel your pain. As a product tester, one would expect them to anticipate such treatment, however, I think this was built mainly to be displayed. Should I order another, I'll be sure to place it in a shadow box or on a display cabinet with family heirlooms.
These bags are never sturdy, are usually fragile, are difficult to open, or don't carry your bags well. I bought this one on Amazon to hold my bags.
