only three days after receiving and using this toothpaste each night for three nights, our Dachsund had to be consulted by a veterinarian for lethargy and snout irritation. Our Ben's reaction to the powerful smell of "beef" was a total surprise to us as we did not anticipate such an extreme reaction would occur. I find this product to be a terrible alternative to most dog toothpastes on the market. There is a horrible offensive odor and a runny paste with this product. Avoid it at all costs.

My dog's gums have stopped bleeding and his teeth look clean. It works well for my dog who had bad plaque, bleeding and swollen gums. He does not mind the taste of the food now that the plaque has slowly come off. As long as I use it regularly, I'll continue to do so.

I literally had to force my dog to sit through the brushing, but we made it through. Later that night, she became ill with nonstop diarrhea, blood in her stool, and was vomiting. I knew this toothpaste was the source of her illness because it was the only element different from what she had been exposed to. It appeared the vet was of the same opinion as to the poor quality of the tooth paste. Do not purchase this product if you are unwilling to pay $350 in emergency vet bills. I really don't like the smell of this stuff Fake beef is similar to that. In spite of the fact that he will eat anything, my dog did not like There are three ingredients listed on the bottle beef, fresh mint, and dried vera. There is no truth to that. The smell of beef will appear on your dog's breath and will also make him This apparently wasn't fresh beef it was leftover pot roast that had gone bad. It was also incredibly expensive. My recommendation is not to do so.

I am going to be honest and say that the beef flavor stinks. However, he sits and lets me brush his teeth with it, so I guess he likes the taste. At 8 months old, he hasn't been brushing his teeth yet, and I want him to get used to brushing so that he can stay healthy. Other reviews I read on other toothpaste products indicated that certain ingredients weren't going to do them any good. Naturally, I chose this brand over the others when I saw that it did not contain that ingredient. I will most likely need to replace this after a year, since I don't brush his teeth but maybe twice a week. I really like the product!.

We were told to start brushing their teeth right away, as they have lots of issues. Nothing was given to me in the form of a brand. Considering this was one of the most popular products, I ordered it. The dark teeth on my puppy are now white after brushing twice weekly for 3 weeks. She does not like it, but she does not fight too much about it. She can easily fit her tiny mouth on the smaller end. I don't like the smell, but she seems to like the taste and despite the smell, she doesn't seem bothered by it.
