I looked at both the shampoo and the conditioner, and neither of them mention the PH level.
They are extremely durable.
You should always avoid getting something in your pet's eyes, but if you do, your pet will be fine, at least according to our experience with the product.
That's not the case. On the bottle, it says to "avoid getting in eyes."

The addition of silicone to the conditioner did not impress me at all. Because that isn't listed on this website's ingredient list, I won't be buying the conditioner again. I'm not sure why the company doesn't put a picture of the ingredient labels on their website, so I did.
Max is a Goldendoodle. They were fantastic for both of us! He was blessed with beautiful hair, and these products made it silky and even enhanced his curls! The scent is light, but it lasts a long time! Then we decided to see how Max's older sister and best friend Nova (who has sensitive skin and allergies) handled the new products! She appeared to have doubled the volume of her hair, with no negative side effects! WIN WIN!.
Finding a shampoo that will work for both of my dogs is a challenge because one has dry/sensitive skin and the other has a thick double coat and waterproof fur. This shampoo and conditioner did a fantastic job on both of my dogs' coats, leaving them shiny, soft, and smelling wonderful. The lavender coconut scent is light and refreshing without being overpowering - It smells far better than the majority of other pet shampoos we've tried. It lathered up nicely and rinsed off quickly, making bath time a breeze.
This is, without a doubt, the best shampoo and conditioner I've ever used on my dog! I've always groomed her at home and have experimented with a variety of shampoos and conditioners, ranging from generic to CHI dog products. The shampoo had a wonderful lather. It only takes a little to make a big difference. It sucked up a lot of dirt from the fur. I ended up shampooing twice because I was so eager to see how much dirt came out. I've never had a shampoo that cleans as well as this one. The scent is light and pleasant; it is not overpowering. It has a very fresh, light, and clean scent to it. I used it in conjunction with the conditioner and massaged my dog while it was working. It was easy to rinse out, and after drying, her fur was incredibly soft. Her fur is already fluffy and soft, but it's even more so. When I pet her, it's as if I'm petting a cloud! In the future, I will definitely order from you! Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever.
I bought this set for the second time. I only used it on my Westie and noticed itching and clumps of hair, so I assumed it was summer allergies. Then I ran out of shampoo and conditioner for my Scottie, and since this wasn't just for white dogs, I used it on her and she began itching and clumping hair; I took them to the vet and prescribed "Apoquel," which they will be taking for two weeks in August to treat their allergies. "This is different," she said after the exam, "they don't normally lose hair. " Then I told her about the baths, and we came to the conclusion that the shampoo and conditioner were to blame. They've been on the medication for a week and haven't noticed any difference; usually, itching stops after a week. br>I usually alternate between "White Pearl" and "Black Pearl"- I'm not sure why I made the switch! br>The set smells wonderful and makes their hair silky; it would probably be ideal for pets with no allergies. br>This is just a heads-up review; if you use it and have problems with your pet, don't use it. It isn't for them, but it will be perfect for someone else.
We didn't use the product right away, but I like to keep shampoo and conditioner on hand for bathing my short- and long-haired children. So maybe a month or two after purchasing, I used the product for the first time; the shampoo seemed ok, but the conditioner was the consistency of sour milk. Because it was too late to return to Amazon, I'm hoping that the company will contact me and make things right. I'm not sure if it's safe to use, so I think the conditioner was a waste of money. I was looking forward to trying a shampoo and conditioner with oatmeal, coconut, and lavender, but I didn't anticipate the product being spoiled. If they contact me, I will update my review. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't buy it again.
My items arrived in perfect condition. If any of my future purchases are damaged, they ask that we contact them and inform them before leaving a negative review. I FEEL VERY AT EASE ORDERING FROM LILLIAN RUFF, AND I WILL DEFINITELY ORDER THE GALLON SIZE WITH PUMPS THE NEXT TIME!! Lillian Ruff, thank you so much.
I like the size of the shampoo/conditioner because it's easy to handle with wet dogs. br>The cleaning amount is reasonable, and it cleans and detangles hair well after conditioner. It has a light, fresh scent that isn't overwhelming. (I'd prefer a stronger scent)br>I have four Yorkies, so bath time can be a pain. br>This was my first experience with an oatmeal-based product, and I was pleasantly surprised. My dogs don't have any skin or itching issues, but after the first use, I was very pleased with the condition of their hair.
