They smelled just as bad as they did before I washed them after the second or third day. My pups, by the way, are tiny and considered inside dogs, only venturing out to use the doggy door to relieve themselves. However, they still have that stench of a wet dog when they enter, which lasts about 20 minutes. They did, however, look and feel cleaner for a much longer time. br>*Please take note of the following: To detangle my pomeranian, I purchased "The Stuff" and was extremely disappointed. So I put 1/10th of the conditioner in a tiny spray bottle and mixed it with water. It did exactly what I needed it to do and smelled a lot better than "The Stuff. ".
We use this shampoo and conditioner on our babies, and it makes their fur so healthy, soft, and fragrant. Our puppies' skin, eyes, or ears have never been irritated by it. We even noticed that our local groomer has all EarthBath products so you know that is a sign that it is a good product. We 100% recommend Earth bath, which is all.
I have two toy poodles and one standard poodle, and my mother also has two toys. All five of them have been using it for a few months now, and their "puppy fur" has returned! It's the best. br>br>I usually dilute it 1 to 5 (with water) and it's fantastic. br>br>Leave the shampoo and conditioner on for 3 minutes, and your dog will look brand new! )br>br>We use it about 2 times a week. We've been doing it three times a month for the dogs, and it's lasted us a long time.
The soap smells great, but it doesn't last long after you've taken a bath. The dog was a stray that had been heavily infested with fleas. She was bald from the rib cage to the ankle, and she had fleas to begin with. After a bath, she would develop a bad case of dandruff and a foul odor. After about a month of twice-weekly washes, the dandruff and odor began to fade and eventually disappeared. Now that she has some, it makes her fur unbelievably soft. I tried a different shampoo/conditioner that smelled great, but I think I'll stick with this one. She is still washed on a weekly basis. She's a puppy who enjoys rolling around in the dirt. Hopefully, as she gets older, she will spend less time rolling in the dirt. br>br>The first photo was taken when I picked her up in early March, the second was taken about a month later, and the third was taken only a few days ago.
The vanilla/almond shampoo and conditioner have a light, fresh scent that I really like. My dog smells like this after a grooming at Petco, so I'm not sure if they use these products there as well, but I love them! Long-haired or fluffy dogs benefit the most from the conditioner (at least that's what I've noticed). After using the conditioner, the coats of my golden retriever and poodle are so soft and lustrous. However, when I shave my poodle in the summer, I only use shampoo! He doesn't need his coat to be conditioned. simply to get rid of it. The conditioner makes little to no difference on my two short-haired dogs (blood hound and Rottweiler mix), so I don't use it on them unless I'm really in the mood. It's also difficult to rinse out; I always get the feeling that it's still in their coats, so no matter which dog I use the conditioner on, I run the water over them several times just to be safe. Rinsing the shampoo off/out is much easier. I would recommend it and would buy it again!.
Well, I ordered this after hearing from several friends that it was absolutely fantastic. This stuff is supposed to be a miracle worker, so I bought it for my Shih Tzu Yorki Mix who has skin issues. When the package arrived, they were leaking all over the place. So you pay for half of the product, and I'll update my review once I know whether or not the product works.
Because my cat's skin becomes flaky when it dries out, I used this product on him. He's getting older, and while he can still groom himself, I'd like to get him used to baths now so that when he's old enough, it won't be such a hassle. However, while the shampoo and conditioner did wonders for his skin and coat and smelled wonderful, my cat couldn't stand the "wash, rinse, repeat," so I had to switch him to a 2-step shampoo and conditioner. 1 so that all I had to do was scrub and rinse him once and then get him out of the tub. He can only stand it for a certain amount of time. br>br>In the end, I gave this set to my sister, who uses it to wash our elderly chihuahua, who adores it. Helps his skin allergies by keeping his fur soft and smelling good. This is a brand that I would strongly recommend.
My Persian cat's fur becomes greasy and tangles as a result. I wanted to try a different shampoo because the one I was using didn't leave her fur as soft as it could have been. The earth bath was a hit with my three cats. This product works for me, so I'll keep using it!.
