The wrapper on the bottle of dog shampoo had been ripped open when I got this package today. The bottle's pump had not been locked. Shampoo was splattered all over the place. This made me angry because I had only used about a quarter of the $15 shampoo. 99, not to mention the fact that I had to wash all of the shampoo out of the rest of the box's contents. When I explained what had happened to customer service, they promised to send me a replacement bottle of shampoo as well as a refund for the original amount. Is this for real? I only requested a replacement shampoo bottle. I hadn't anticipated receiving a refund either. I'll be a very happy customer if they actually refund the original product, but I feel a little guilty because I'd be getting one full bottle of shampoo and about 3/4 of another bottle for free. It's lovely, with a "baby powder" scent, clean and shiny leaves, and no tears. It's fantastic, and I've been using it for a long time. My daughters are rewarded for good behavior with treats. My little white Shih Tzu developed discoloration around her eyes and mouth after trying a new treat. To remove the staining, we used a variety of whitening products and shampoos, but they all had a strong odor and were ineffective. I noticed a difference in efficacy and ease of application and rinsing after the first time I used this on my dogs. Although some people complained about the scent in other reviews, I thought it was wonderful and was glad it lasted longer than a few days. Every ten days, I give my dogs a bath.
