This stuff works, but it only comes in a pack of 50 tiny little wipes. My 65-pound dog is my best friend. It'll probably take an ounce or two of liquid to wet these wipes, and it'll set you back $12. The same formula is available in an 8-ounce spray bottle from the same brand for $15. My dog hated being sprayed with the bottled formula, but you can buy the little wipe rounds at any local walgreens, put them in a small container, pour just enough liquid from the spray bottle over the wipes to make them wet, and you're good to go. That way, you'll get roughly 4 times more. If you have a dog larger than a hamster, you can also buy standard size dry wipes online and pour the liquid over them, which is much more effective.

My old English bulldog used to get severe irritation in the folds of her face and tail. However, I noticed that the color and texture of the pads were different the last time this item arrived. They're usually pink in color and made of a soft, thin material (as seen in the photos). They were white this time, with a stiff, rough texture to the material. These wipes are superior to Douxo's in my opinion. These wipes are a little thinner. I needed something a little more wet, so this was ideal. They're for my Pug's juvenile vulvar area (which means her vulva never descended as she grew older). It's tucked away in a small fold of skin. ) She was suffering from a debilitating urinary tract infection. It cost nearly $4000 to get rid of it. After trying four antibiotics, none of them worked, so after three urine cultures revealed antibiotic-resistant bacteria, the patient was discharged. My vet brought out the big guns when it came to antibiotic-resistant bacteria of all kinds. She developed renal failure as a result of that super-strong antibiotic. She's in desperate need of a cheerleader. I got these wipes as a last resort, thinking that I could wipe the entire area every night to get rid of the pocket of skin her vulva is residing in, but she's not a good candidate for surgery due to lung issues, so I got them as a last resort. hoping - PRAYING - They promised to keep the area free of bacteria. So far, they've done a fantastic job! Since the "incident," I've had her urine sampled three times. These are preventing her from getting a urinary tract infection (UTI). We were on the verge of losing her, so I'm extremely grateful. I'm not sure she'd be able to survive another bout like that. These wipes are thin, perfectly moist, and have a pleasant scent. They must do EXACTLY what they say they will do. They're also cheaper than the Douxo brand because there are 50 in the jar. My hands are covered in cuts. These don't irritate my sensitive skin, so I'm confident they won't bother her. They've also been used on the folds of my Frenchie's face. They are completely non-irritating to the skin. br>****UPDATE 8/26/2017: Remove any redness or irritation as soon as possible. So far, I haven't had any UTIs, and the only thing I've added is Cranberry D-. On the chin of my cat, he had the WORST cat acne- I'm talking completely black with blood crusts, which had even spread to his nose and eyes. It's completely resolved after two weeks of twice-daily use! I tried a variety of other options, including those recommended by our veterinarian, but none of them worked. After reading the reviews, I decided to order this product out of desperation. My dog's problem was solved after two or three applications of this product. There is no longer any licking, her hair has grown back, and her paws have returned to normal. I wish I had known about this sooner, but I'm glad I do now because my dog's paws are no longer bothering her.

Our vet recommended Duoxo Chlorhexidine wipes, which we used. That resulted in a mixed bag of results. My French bulldog responds much better to this combination with ketoconazole. His skin folds are stained and inflamed, and he suffers from itching. We noticed a difference after just a few uses.
