Questions & Answers
The comb portion is three inches long. It measures 8 1/2" from top to bottom.
The long teeth range from 3/4" to 1" in length, while the short teeth range from 1/2" to 5/8" in length. The comb's base is angled, and the teeth closest to the handle are shorter than those at the comb's end.
I believe it is made in the United States because I only buy American products. On my husky, it's perfect. I don't have a package because I've had it for quite some time. I hope this has been of assistance. You can always look up the company on the internet.
It doesn't spin in any way.

I like the long/short teeth design because it helps pull out some of my cats' loose undercoat, which is especially useful for "fuzzy" cats. Cats with a medium to long coat. The comb is effective in its function. Though it isn't quite as comfortable in my hand as my previous one, it is soft and has a better grip than most, and I would highly recommend it if you groom pets!.
My puppy doesn't care for it, but I adore it! I have a 9-month-old Maltipoo puppy who weighs 12 pounds and has a lot of hair! This comb and brush get right down to the nitty gritty and find knots that my other comb and brush miss. Because she is only groomed every eight weeks, she is combed every day at home.
This comb was recommended to me by my veterinarian, so I bought it. My Scottish Fold has a thick undercoat and is short haired. She continues to shed despite the fact that it is winter. I have several brushes and gloves, but I prefer the comb because I know it will reach deeper into the coat to remove loose hair. I like how easy it is to clean the comb. Combing the cat is also a big hit! This purchase has made me very happy!.
The comb is suitable for all hair types. I actually ordered two more so that I could keep them in separate rooms and groom them more frequently. They all have different preferences for grooming times and places. I comb our dogs with the combs as well. They do their job well, are comfortable to hold, and are reasonably priced. NOTE: It's not a flea comb, don't get it mixed up!.
My senior Siamese mix kitty recently stopped grooming anything other than his face, so my vet advised me to look for a tool that would remove the undercoat (rather than just the top coat, as my Furminator does). I chose this one because I expected it to do both, but it only gets a few strands of hair that have already been shed. It's a nice grip, but it doesn't help my cat at all. He doesn't have matted hair, so there's too much space between the pins. This is being returned to you.
I'm a big fan of this comb. Simply use the teeth's ends to work on the outer coat. Start removing all the dead undercoat by angling the comb slightly to engage the shorter teeth. The skin of the dog is not irritated by this comb. With other combs/slicker brushes, I could only comb my big fluffy dog's hindquarters and tail for about 15 minutes, whereas with this comb/slicker brush, I could comb his hindquarters and tail for about an hour. In the silky hair around his ears, I also combed out four large mats. He rarely allows me to remove even one mat completely. Furthermore, the handle was comfortable, allowing me to lavish attention on my canine companion for an extended period of time.
I have arthritis in my hands and was combing her hair out with a tiny flea comb, which took forever. When I first saw this comb, I knew I had to have it. It's fantastic and extremely simple to use. I also purchased the same brand of hairspray that cuts through knots. I am extremely fortunate that I was able to order both of these items. My Maltese needed a brush more than a comb, so I couldn't use it on him. There is no undercoat on the Maltese.
Both are effective to some extent, but I had no idea how much more hair I could get with this comb! It's easy to use and goes deeper than the other two options. I'm so glad I got it, and if you have a dog with long hair or a thick undercoat, you need this comb!.
