His first action after putting them on was to get them in his mouth and pull and chew them. It is also extremely low in pitch, I could hardly hear the bell. I suppose these could be useful for a cat if you weren't worried about them swallowing the bell if they broke it off.

It is too big to fit on the They were supposed to hook on to a dog's collar, but the hook used was too small and can neither hook onto the collar nor the silver hook

It's just what my tiny puppy needs! Despite being quite loud, the bells don't bother me too much and the hooks are a nice touch. As well as being sturdy, they are quite lightweight.
