It was so nice to have the name tag and the look of this collar that we actually bought two. We saw Our Dog Thistle and her friend Bently sat on opposite ends of the couch waiting patiently for their Bully Sticks. Thistle got hers and went to her spot to relax & it was Bently's turn. However, somehow the metal nameplate broke apart and became entangled in Bentley's collar, twisting both collars together completely with no room for either to breathe and both passing out due to lack of oxygen. It was hard for Bentley (80lbs) to understand why Thistle (75lbs) was being dragged under him, until they both fell. Their collars would have either been cut off or they would have died if we hadn't been there to save them. There is no way to make these safe for dogs, so if you have already bought one, burn it and replace it with a product that isn't as much of a game of Russian roulette for your pet. How on earth are these even on the market. Only 2 weeks of wearing it were enough for her.

It turned into a terrible mess. When The older dog tried pulling and twisting to get loose, the collar continued to tighten on him until he was strangled! There was no letting the collar loosen even after giving slack. This collar is one piece that you slip over the dogs head and then snap closed to make it secure. So unbuckling it wouldn't make a difference for this collar. Despite our best efforts, it was too late to remove the collar by the time we got to the dogs with an electrical knife. A collar like this is not safe to wear on a dog and should not be worn by one! Your dog can easily be strangled by the leash when it gets hung on barbed wire or tree limbs!.

For my Wheaten Terrier, I purchased the blue colour collar. The collar was delivered on time and appeared to be sturdy and well-made. The scratching and jiggling of the tags on my dog's collar are due to allergies. During the night, I take off his collar due to his allergies. Only bought the collar two months ago, but after several tries I cannot get the latch to release. As a result, he may have to have the collar cut off. It is possible to find decent collars from a variety of manufacturers. There is a possibility that this particular product is an exception to the company's typical line of I was still able to get a new collar with Amazon free of charge, as I returned my defective collar. Whenever I need Amazon, I can count on them. The second replacement collar will be tested to see if it can last longer than two.

No collars have ever been worn by either of my Havanese My dogs are always halter-tied, and even though they are microchipped, I believe it's better to have an ID collar with their name and phone number in case their collar comes off. You're right - they're perfect I love the name because it is professional and discreet, and I love the fact that when I shine a light on it at night, it glows in the dark. The product is very good, and I will buy them again without a doubt.

I have noticed a difference in my 17 and 3/4 year old yorkie since using this product. On New Years Eve, he will be 18 years old. It has taken away the anxiety that he feels because he is old and cannot run around like he used to. It often appears that he is scared of the bath and is all over the tub when I give him a bath. He was calmer and more relaxed after being on this for a few days. The more soundly he sleeps, the more productive he is. In the evening, he would be anxious and wake up, but is no longer waking up and moving around in the night. I usually get him up and he seems happier. He likes to hold me more and I can hold him longer. It was always a pleasure to hold him, but he was always too anxious to stay still. As a matter of fact, he is old, so I have tried to make him happy with gifts of all kinds. I was happy when he ate. I know you should never give dogs pork chop bones, however due to his age, I was happy to see him eat one. The majority of his teeth were pulled, but I forgot to mention that. He couldn't keep it in his mouth very long, so I could not give him the bone for very long. His enjoyment of the bone increased significantly after he received the drops. The fact that my baby is calmer and seems even more alert is a benefit to me. Since he doesn't have a lot of time left, I would like to bring him some quality of life. I would definitely recommend this product. Thanks a lot!.

I bought the previous kind of collar and didn't realize that. He struggled and the collar tightened even further as it became so very tight the more he struggled. As there was no opening buckle on that collar, I had to cut it off. I'm actually glad this happened while inside, so I could observe him struggle and strangle himself. Had it happened outside, I cannot even imagine what it would have been like. As a result. The reason I chose this collar is because it matches my style. There is a very nice heavy duty buckle with a locking feature, and the belt glows in the dark when it is lit up. They look well made and are well constructed. In addition, I like the wide variety of colors available. I give this a 5 star rating!.
