Product Description

Located inside the dirty water tank of CrossWave Pet models 2305, 2306, 2328, the Pet Strainer covers the dirty water.

Strainers are easily removed from dirty tanks by simply lifting out the debris and tossing it in the trash, then rinsing. Once the dirty tank has been cleaned, replace it with a clean one.

Would this fit in the bissell crosswave model that is not the pet pro model?

Currently, I'm using it on a regular, non-pet pro version of the green I like the way it fits and works.

Difference between a pet hair roller and a brush roller for pet hair? They are either the same or are they different?

Using the pet strainer for the crosswave can keep dirt and pet hair out of the water before it's poured out. In regards to the roller question, I am not sure.

I have a regular green CrossWave and the tank fits perfectly inside. To use this feature, you do not need to have Pet Pro.

Crosswave machines are compatible with this! to know this will work with the original Crosswave devices. Upon calling Bissell, they informed me that their pet strainers were not compatible with Crosswave regular machines. There is an error in this statement! With the arrival of the pet Crosswave, I can use my original Crosswave just as I would if I had ordered the pet Crosswave which came out after I ordered mine. Amazon also has many accessories including pet brushes which are high quality and way less expensive than Bissell!.

For the 1785A Crosswave, I bought this and it works fine. As a result, I now have the Crosswave Pet Pro. It would be sweet if the price were a few dollars lower.

Clean up with rug lint, dog hair, etc. , from the dirty water tank is a pain for me. The "solid stuff" is not eliminated but getting it out of the liquid so it can be thrown away, or drained, into a toilet or utility sink is made easier. I like my CrossWave to work well by being able to easily and frequently clean out all the gunk. This is less expensive than the OEM strainer (and it's also lighter). If you have a particular CrossWave model, make sure you order the one that fits your particular model, because dirty water tanks vary in size and shape.

This item is compatible with the original Crosswave

I bought it in hopes that I would be able to use it with my original Crosswave for easier removal of pet hair and debris. After I used it, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it does work and makes cleaning out the bin easier.

Suitable for regular Crosswave

I bought this strainer to use in regular Crosswave (not Pet Plus 1). As I knew it wasn't intended for the regular Crosswave, to hold the hair or fit perfectly, I was pleasantly surprised when it fit well and held the hair well, but not perfectly. This filter managed to catch most of the debris, even though it was somewhat loose in the dirty water tank. The system made emptying the dirty water much easier for me because I could separate the hair and debris into a trash can, and I could pour the dirty water into a sink or toilet without clogging the drain. It meets my needs perfectly.

After my dog somehow got his paws on it from the sink he took off with it and I had to buy a new one. The fit is perfect, and does the job well.

I didn't find the product to be worth the money

This is what I bought for my regular cross wave, and it fits perfectly and doesn't stop it from working as others I'd read reviews about did. My expectations were not realized as easy or less gross as it did not make cleaning the tank any easier. Based on the price, I would say its not really worth the money.
