Only by what I ordered can I tell you. My first order was for a large size (my poodle is 16). I ordered a large, but it was too long for him once it arrived. I kept it, but I reordered five more in size mefium, which were perfect for him. I've had issues with Japanese/Chinese shirts being too small, and I've had to donate them to a local animal shelter. Hopefully, this information will assist you in finding pet shirts.

I ordered a large purple hoodie, but it arrived with the hole instead of the ring. This is probably for the best, because most dogs large enough to fit a large will almost certainly tear the ring's stitching.

For my 60-pound bully puppy, I ordered an XL. It's a perfect fit with a bit of stretch. Really sweet and cuddly. The hood is enormous but functional; it extends all the way down his back to his butt/tail, but angles underneath to expose his privates so he can pee.
He is half American Staff and half English Bulldog, according to his DNA test. It all makes sense. He's short and stocky, weighing in at 65 pounds, and he despises being cold. Hates it. We're slowly putting together his wardrobe, and I didn't have high expectations when I bought this. I'm blown away by the fleece's quality and thickness. It's only softer now that I've washed it once, and there's no sign of pilling. It's a little long for him, but that's due to his physical limitations. He's a big guy. He mostly wears it around the house because we keep the temperature around 65 degrees and he prefers it much warmer. I flip the bottom up when he goes outside to keep him from getting wet. This hoodie is extremely soft, with just enough stretch to fit a wide range of body types. My pit bull adores it, and the hood is large and long enough to protect her from the elements. Pits has a barrel-like shape that complements her perfectly. I'd say the purple is more of a mauve than a true purple, and the color isn't quite as accurate as the photo. br>br>One point to consider: That ring on the fleece is just sewn on with regular thread and isn't reinforced. Don't use it unless you have the world's most well-behaved dog who never pulls (in which case they're probably already heeling without a leash). We didn't think so.
