His adorable hood covers his head and the coat reaches all the way down Velcro is super durable, so I do not have to worry about it coming off while we are walking. Despite being lightweight, material is strong. The only thing I would like to see is that it had an opening on the back so the leash could be attached to a harness rather than just a collar since we both know he pulls quite a bit.

I found a way to get him to walk outside! Water-resistance has been a feature of some clothes I have bought in the past. There are two straps on the leash, one under the belly and one across the chest. A hole in the head allows the leash to easily thread There is no problem with him getting potty on the hood because it matches his head perfectly, and the strap under him is in a good position for pottying.
