No, I doubt it. My "child" is about 15 pounds and wears a medium. Because this company does not offer larger sizes, I recommend searching for large dog clothing to see what you can find that will better fit your "baby." There are no clothes in that size available from this company.
My Pomeranian weighs in at 12 pounds. I ordered a medium for her, and it fits her perfectly.
This gown is well-made. adorable! I have a 7 pound poodle, so I got a small. It was absolutely ideal!! I believe an 18-pound Frenchie would fit in a large. Best of luck!

It's soft and stretchy, so I can easily slip it over her head with no fuss; she wears it whenever we go outside, and it gives her more confidence. We got the large for her because she is a 30 pound mix breed terrier.
It's bright and lovely, and my dog seemed at ease in it. It appears to be comfortable to wear because it is stretchy and made of cotton. It also appears to be of high quality. The bow became slightly undone after becoming slightly unglued from the dress on one side, but I was able to re-tie it as a temporary fix. I'm going to hot glue the bow back to the dress as soon as I've finished it. At the 2017 Atlanta Pride Festival this past weekend, it still looked great with the temporary fix. Throughout the entire festival, my dog was the center of attention. She was thought to be adorable by all! My only real gripe is that there is no hole in the back of the dress for her harness hook to stick through from underneath it, allowing me to attach her leash to her harness while wearing the dress over it. The majority of canine attire I had to cut my own hole in the dress for this, and it worked and looked fine, but it doesn't look like it was made that way, so this is just something that could improve the costume just a little bit.
To help my foster dog stand out at adoption shows, I ordered two of these dresses in different styles. I ordered mediums based on the size chart at first, but they were enormous. I ordered smalls without returning the mediums, but they are still too big. I didn't want to deal with an xsmall, which according to the sizing chart should be far too small, so I'll just alter them myself. It's too long, and the front is so loose that it's falling off her shoulders and sliding back on her body, as you can see in the photo.
Mimi's measurements were in the range of a Small to a Medium, so I went with the medium. It was clearly too big when she tried it on, and the fabric does stretch. So I ordered a small and it fits perfectly! I'm very pleased with it, and Fitwarm was gracious enough to accept my return of the medium.
