Fitwarm's size chart places my dog between a M and L according to her back length. Since she weighs five pounds, her chest is 12" and I wanted to go with length on the PJs due to the bottom "legs". In the description it says that the pajamas run small, and that it is best to order the larger size These pajamas are too big in L, even in the XL. She did not sit in the neck hole of the pajamas after I put her on the ground, but instead walked right out of the neck hole and looked at me like I was crazy.
