The XXXL will be best for you. Our dog has a 28-inch chest and the XXL was too small for him. Since it is adjustable with Velcro buttons, it is easy to use. Though luxurious and warm, this coat is a nice addition to any wardrobe.
If it needs to be altered after it is received, you might need to do so. The one we had to alter was because our boy has a deep chest as well. These coats are very soft, and may be worth the expense of having them fitted to your body. I hope you find this helpful.
It does seem so to me. For my 11 lb. frame, I have a size small. Yet, it is still able to fit into the fur ball.

Would definitely purchase again. These colors are awesome! This dog coat features soft polar fleece, a foldable collar, a leash hole, an elastic tail loop, piping with reflective accents, and strong hook-and-loop A hook and loop of good quality is definitely a good thing. Although rough play may result in it coming loose, it will not come loose on its own. Despite its lightweight nature, the polar fleece offers plenty of warmth. A person should not take pills. It took less time than expected for the shipment to arrive. Each pup is wearing XXL size. The larger pup with the orange nose is wearing the largest size. Approximately 70 lbs in yellow coat, with a collar and neck between 18" and 19" on top of chest, having a barrel 31" or so on each side of chest. One-half of the pair is 55 lbs, and the other half is 35 The collar measures 16 inches by 18 inches at the top of her chest, and the barrel measures 28 inches. In both cases, the neck to tail measurement is 21". There is no doubt that these coats will last a long time. In case either of the coats fails in any way, I will post an update here. In addition to XXL and XL, I now own this in those sizes. I have a female Vizsla that weighs 42 pounds. The Vizsla is a fairly lean dog, similar in size to a smallish doberman, with a deeper chest and slimmer midsection. In the case of those trying to size their dog, the XL is easy to size, but it is just a tiny bit tight around the tummy strap and the armholes. She is definitely able to wear it, and I'm hoping it will stretch out a bit with time, but it does not appear as comfortable on her, especially when she is sleeping awkwardly. * The XXL was a bit big, with more slack than I had hoped in the midsection, but looks considerably more comfortable. As hard as it is to make a dog fit, there is no sure solution when there is any midsize dog between a lab and a greyhound. look to run a bit bigger than the size chart indicates, since I had to order an XS for my size I am a 5 pounder. I measured my dog's height, chest, and length as 10" neck, 15 1/2" chest. I was concerned that the collar would be too tight because the XS size is rated for a 9" neck size, but it actually fits well. In addition, it covers the entire length of the man. My dog is about the same size as this jacket, so I would not recommend it for one much smaller than mine.

It took FOREVER for this package to arrive. You might still be in the middle of winter when it finally arrives in your mailbox. So your pup could freeze in the meantime! Other than that annoyance, however, it's a good product. I don't make it a habit to buy clothes for animals, but this was something we needed. Two pairs of shoes were ordered. I made two hats, one for a baby goat and the other for one of my dogs, a corgi, who is recovering from a skin condition that left him half bald. He only wears it when it's bitter cold. The gesture seems to have been appreciated by him. The effort to take it off him is not a struggle. In this case, it works well. The sweater he wears doesn't get dirty when he does his business, unlike some sweaters I've bought for It is ironic that my other pets were somewhat jealous of his new outfit. This fleece is a nice heavier weight, perfect for this extra cold weather. Despite being a heavy coat, the Velcro holds its shape despite being extremely wide, preventing our dachshunds' front legs from becoming wrapped around it.
