It's all natural.
Catnip that is 100% pure, unadulterated, fresh, and fragrant.
As long as they don't come into contact with water, they can be frozen. My two cats can't open the catnip can unless they hear me open the drawer, so I keep it in my office desk. They are on their way!
Container that can be resealed. It maintains its freshness

The barcode says 16 cups, but the package says 10 cups, so it's a bit of a conundrum.
The cats aren't amused. Because of the positive reviews, I decided to order it. I will, however, not place another order. The catnip in the container is very dry, and there isn't much of a catnip scent. Both of my cats adore catnip and go completely insane when it's in season. One of my cats sniffs the "cat crack," then rolls in it once or twice before walking away. The other cat simply sniffs it and walks away, giving me a dirty look. The cats, on the other hand, are not enthralled. I'm not one of them. I did receive an email from the seller inquiring about my satisfaction with the product. I said something back. I received what appears to be an automated response that completely ignored my content. As a result, Customer Service appears to be lacking as well. I'm not going to buy anything else in the future!.
I've never seen my cat get so excited about catnip. Get this stuff because it's a great deal. br>br>However, I usually take one of my cat's toys and place it in the jar with the catnip, allowing it to sit for a couple of days before giving it to my cat. The other item I have is Kong Naturals, which, as I previously stated, my cat enjoys but not nearly as much as this cat crack! But, when I use the Kong, the cat plays with it for about a week before I have to "reload" it with catnip scent. I'll have to reload it with the cat crack in about three days. br>br>In conclusion, Cat prefers it to anything else I've tried, and it's a fantastic value. The odor appears to fade faster than others. However, given the Cat Crack's value, this isn't an issue. I'll keep buying cat crack as long as it's available.
I'm not a fan. Or the cats, whichever comes first. This stuff has a strong minty scent, but there are a lot of stiff sticks and stems in it. The screening isn't very thorough. Not only do my cats sniff catnip, but they also eat it. I'm worried that some of these stems will become lodged in their throats. Several of them were at least 1/2" in length, if not more. Not good. Before giving this stuff out, I need to spend a lot of time sorting out stiff pieces. Stuff is probably good for stuffing toys, but it's not good to eat.
I ordered the large container after ordering the smaller containers first and seeing how much the cats enjoyed them. This time, the cats didn't even try to touch it, resulting in a $20 waste. It's possible that the large containers contain a different mixture, or that the mixture is old. I was extremely dissatisfied with this product and will not be ordering it again.
For $19, I got 4 cups of CatCrack catnip. Cat Crack Catnip is a premium blend of catnip that is safe for cats and is infused with maximum potency to make your cat go crazy! br>It seemed like a lot of money for catnip, but it seemed like a good deal ounce for ounce. I'd have to say it's good stuff after receiving it and seeing how my four cats have reacted to it. For decades, I've been purchasing catnip for cats. For four cats, I believe this is the most appropriate amount. I have the ability to be generous, and it will hopefully remain fresh. The container (which is just a cheap thin plastic container) does not appear to be designed to keep anything fresh. Perhaps putting some of it in a vacuum seal bag would be a good idea? Just something to consider for those who have that option. br>br>In any case, as I mentioned in B4, I've been buying catnip (on and off) for decades and enjoy the scent and freshness. The cats, who had come in from the backyard, were ecstatic. This catnip is something I would strongly recommend. Discalaimer: Discalaimer: Discalaimer: Discalaimer: Discalaimer: Discalaimer I just got it today, so I can't speak to long-term storage, freshness, or potency just yet, but I'll try to update monthly at least once.
My cats are still making fun of me for succumbing to the marketing gimmick. This is a dreck that is inferior to even the cheapest catnip in every way. First, consider that it's sold by volume and then left in a form that takes up three times the volume of properly flaked/ground catnip, implying that these four cups are about one ounce of catnip and would be one ounce if broken down like other brands. Volume of 5 cups It's also bursting at the seams with stems. 2ND, potent and infused? Not at all, I believe. I've never encountered catnip that smells as bad as this. If it's even infused (doubtful, perhaps infused with massive amounts of stems), the catnip must be even weaker in its natural state. Even the smartykat brand has a much stronger odor, and you get twice as much for a fraction of the price. FINALLY, I'm letting my cats decide: They dismiss it with a shake of their paws and walk away, completely uninterested. It's the first time they've done anything like that with any kind of catnip. br>This pitiful excuse for "superior" "potent" "infused" catnip is being returned to the box it came in.
The product is sold by volume rather than weight. The volume is increased, but the amount of usable product is reduced due to the large amount of stalks and stems, and the leaf bundles are not processed to provide a fair amount of product; I have never seen catnip in such a rough state. It appears to have been cut with a circle mower, with stalks and stems thrown in for extra volume. My cat enjoys catnip that has been ground to a fine powder, mixed with food, and rubbed into a scratching post; however, even after extensive blending, large stems remain. Because of the fillers used to add volume, I'm not impressed. Because of this, my cats are not impressed. Who knows why a cat is so unimpressed, but she refused to eat any of it, even after it had been blended.
