Despite purchasing a set of 3 XL diapers, they turned out to be too big (the Rottie normally wears a size I made a mistake when I made that purchase. My decision was to order another set in L so that quality and size would be indistinguishable. I ordered from the same company so there would be no discrepancies. This was very wrong of me. I was surprised to see the difference between an XL and an L (see pictures). I wouldn't be able to wear them on my Rottie. Therefore, I reached out to the company to check if the information was correct or if perhaps there was an error on their end. With my initial email, I sent a picture. The response I received was that they needed more pictures. My response was to send more photos with the tags and labeling, and they were asking for more. Their response gave me the impression that they were stalling rather than trying After that, the customer service rep told me he had passed my concern on to another customer service rep, but I never heard from him. My attempts to reach out to the company again were unsuccessful because I always got the same person who is not helpful, so I decided to return the items and find another retailer. Fortunately, I ordered these in time. My 8 month Boston just came into heat the day they arrived, so it was very lucky timing. As I disliked the idea of using disposable dog diapers, that would create a lot of waste, these met my requirements. They are small and I am using them on a 13" screen. They are the products we use to address the incontinence issues of our old cat. It's not necessary for her to use an extra pad during the day however, at night, she tends to empty her bladder while she sleeps. It works pretty well for me to use a human incontinence pad. The diaper has already been washed and hung to dry . I've turned it inside out and attached the Velcro so that it doesn't stick to anything else in the machine. It was made of a thinner material than other diapers I've used. Their elastic stretched, making them not stay on as well as they should. With these, incontinence is managed very well and you don't have to worry about moving them around. The are great for a dog in heat but if your pup is in heat, I highly recommend that you spay it!.
