This new scoop is fantastic! I just bought it and I purchasing, and I am confused by some of the complaints now that I know how the system works. I am really upset and disgusted about this. You can see in the images I posted that there are black specks and smudges on it which I presume is dust or something similar. Upon closer inspection, I am 99% sure it is actually old litter remnants left over from previous littering. What a gross idea!.
