This particular product has been working for my hyper vigilant dog for a few months now, and it is the only medication so far that has worked for him! In addition to composure, solliquin, and prozac, we tried to help him. As my dog is currently taking prescription medication for several reasons, I am a strong believer in the use of prescription medications when appropriate and necessary. The prozac I gave to my male dog did not produce a good result. He would shake and seemed even more frightened than before. He would also show fear of new things he never noticed My approach for him was to use a more nature-based approach and it has made a world of difference. Although it definitely took a while for the drug to manifest, the biggest benefit is that you do not truly see the results. In other words, you do not notice a difference in style between your dog and another. The barking has become more obvious to me now. Frost was in place on our front window and we had made some changes to reduce anxiety before we started this project. As a result, he no longer goes crazy when he barks and I can calm him down with my voice. Now, not only am I able to calm him down, but he will be relaxed as well. Trying to make him more of an average dog seems to have worked so far since I wanted someone to help him with I still love him the same way and he is not as hyper vigilant as he used to be. The other medications we have tried with my female dog have all failed. For a while, I even tried something else instead of this and it didn't work. It doesn't require me to put anything in this, and it works so well. The chewable part makes it easy for him to take as it is. I will mention that my dog liked this when I bought it at one of the stores near us because it had peanut butter and banana flavors, and it is true. I also didn't think it smelled that bad. The situation seems to have changed now, though. I still give my dog the treat even though I can't tell if it's any different now and it smells kind of nasty, but he eats it anyway. I am happy to see that it still seems to have the same effects as before.
Medications used to treat depression and anxiety The most effective treatment for anxiety is a combination of therapy and medication). There can be a variety of factors that influence a person's behavioural condition, such as stimulation or feeling ill. Having fostered many dogs with behavioural issues, PTSD, as well as anxiety disorders and behavioural issues, I can attest that it takes diligent, constant work and patience to correct, not just using Calm Shen, but utilising such methods as well. I would say that, for my giant pitbull, it took less than a week or two to take effect. However, other dogs may not process it like mine. Prozac has worked very well for my dog, and this is as effective if not more effective than that drug. I kept her on both for a while, and once I decided to increase her crate training and incorporate other behavioural exercises, I discontinued her Prozac. The capsule is a more affordable version of the pill, and I have used both forms.
The dog was recommended to me by another owner with the same breed of dog as mine. It didn't change anything for me after taking this medication over the counter. It wasn't until I checked with a veterinary resource that I added this medication to the Prozac I was already taking. The end of the 30-day supply of medication affected my dog's behavior worse than it had been. In my dog's case, the medication was mixed into his food and he ate it without any problems, so perhaps this reflects its ease of use, but my overall rating is low due to the fact that it did not help him.
As we began a new training regimen a bit late in our dogs' lives, the jury is still out on whether or not this product helped alleviate their stress and anxiety. We were instructed by our training instructor to try this product because they are too stressful to immediately benefit from the transition toward a more disciplined lifestyle. While their stress levels have descended since they began using Calm Shen, the change is also directly related to the leadership training they have received. We have experienced this ourselves, so I can report this There may have been some calming effects from making use of this product, but this will have been overshadowed by the gains in handling and relationship that came from effective training. Using Calm Shen in conjunction with careful and skillful methods of behavior modification seems like a good idea to me. I have one small piece of advice. Calm Shen has caused two containers to need to be exchanged since we started using it (small glitches, but we're extra cautious Please be cautious). A couple of items were exchanged through Amazon, a few directly with Herbsmith. do not wish to burden the people at Amazon, but I found the exchange with Amazon to be way easier than the one with.
His behaviour toward her became very aggressive as a result of her dislike for Because they were the only ones with this problem, we had no choice but to provide care for the Bulldog as well, so they were forced She has been getting a scoop of Calm Shen in her food both morning and night, after first mixing it with a little water. It has worked so well in calming her that now I only have to medicate her once a day. It has been about a year since she started using it. If we don't give her the information, we can tell a difference between them. Despite taking this herbal compound, she does not get drowsy. She is energetic and happy as a result of it. She has a much better disposition than her predecessor. If we didn't have it, we would be in trouble. This product deserves a full recommendation from me.
He is anxious, excitable, and jumps and bites when he is scared. He is calm, but not sedated, as soon as the procedure was completed. A better response can be expected from him when he's trained and he's less likely to act I can get him to listen and not keep jumping and nibbling when I say no. In addition, I believe that it will help our other dog on trips or when he needs to go to the vet. I recommend this to anyone who has a dog that is very excitable or anxious. It's a good thing Calm Shen exists!.
