On nose paws and behind ears, I use Bach's Rescue remedy from the vitamin shoppe. It is the kids formula, so no alcohol is involved. Hope you have a successful run!
It's not bad at all. There is an unpleasant smell when you are about half a foot from the neck of the other person.
There is a nice smell to it. It doesn't seem to fade as fast as it should.

This collar really takes things to the next level. I have a crazy cat who meows in corners just to make his meow echo throughout the whole house, picks on our other cat until she becomes ill, and eats anything Plastic he can get his paws on. 3 weeks ago, I had no idea collars like this existed. At the vet's office, we tried Prozac. Could you give a crazy cat a pill or feed it with a special food that will make them normal? Since that didn't work, I was in desperate need of collars before I found them. There is nothing perfect about them, they usually last for about 8 to 12 hours The period is 10 days, not a month, and I do not care about it. Finn has never been calmer under a collar in his life. These collars are amazing and we need them as long as we live! I have had this cat for 5 years, and for the first time ever my house is quiet! The picture below is of our dog Tink laying on his back with Finn.
It is a good thing I was wrong. In a recent rehoming of two kittens, I acquired two female cats that did not get along. I had a docile cat who I had for over 8 years when I decided to take care of 2 cats that my friend asked us to rehome. She became a raving feral savage once we took them in. During a feeding, my cat was so angry about our new cat that I lived in fear of her for a month. She tried to rip my arm to shreds (but failed). This is the first time she has tried this. In addition, one of the cats is an intact female, which is an entirely separate issue, which I will address in a minute. Now that I have this collar on, my once docile but now feral cat is calm enough to allow me to feed her. I am astonished at what a difference it has made in her behavior. Her aggression towards me has diminished, and she no longer swatted or growled at the other animals. As sweet as she used to be, she's back. The new cat, the intact female, has been in heat and walks around the house at night, crying and peeing on the furniture. She is trying to leave her scent since she has been in heat for quite some time. The spay process is in a month, but since we can't sleep at the moment or even have a pee-pee, it would be nice if we could at least have some rest. You can stay for free in the house. I put a collar on the intact female and she stopped meowing at night after that. It is no longer possible for either cat to growl, swatte, meow, or pee. This collar works well, which is a pleasant surprise to me. This is a great product!.
It takes a lot of effort to break this. After my cat bit onto it, I tried to break it with my hands, but it ended up getting stuck in his mouth so I had to use scissors to get it out. It is impossible to imagine that my cat will be able to break it on its It may calm your cat slightly, but it will not give you a permanent calm unless you want to kill and stuff it, as I did.
After several attempts I decided to use these collars along with the pheromone diffusers in order to get our cats to stop spraying in our house. In two of our four well-behaved children, we noticed such issues as hissing and anger (You'd think they could recognize a good thing when they saw one. However, that is not true. It will take a lot of spraying). First, we ruled out any medical issues, but despite making a lot of accommodations for them with food, their litter boxes, and toys, two of our kitty girls still didn't get along (one is extremely shy and the other is a younger, more playful cat). I strapped one of these collars on a cat know to spray, since we had received them first. (We have also been giving catnip samples to anyone looking for ideas who has a similar problem. I couldn't help but be comforted when she wore the collar, as the smell seemed to calm A lone cat followed me every time, but there was no aggression from its companion. Our cats seem to have retained a sense of tranquility and peace in their minds. Despite both sprays and diffusers (apart from a few wrestling matches happening every now and then), in the past two weeks we have seen no spraying, hissing, or other aggressive behavior. The purchase was a big hit with us and we will order again when our supplies run out.
In a nutshell, I gave my cat the collar after it scratched at doors, wooden posts, and kitchen cabinets for weeks on end before it started wearing it. It was easy for him to get riled up by the kids playing and he would often scratch them when they ran It was almost as if magic had taken place after putting on the collar! In fact, after we put the collar on him he decided to sit on this box for hours and stayed there for hours. He often runs away if I try to pet him, but he didn't show any trouble after that. Unlike harsh chemicals, lavender is the dominant scent and no harsh chemicals can be detected. This is well worth the time and money!.
In our garage, we found a pregnant stray cat hiding under our car, and a stray kitten hiding in a hole in the ground. They were traumatized, as you might expect. this collar for the older cat and for the cat I already had, who is 12 years old and does not get along with Separating the older cat from the other two is the best course of action. In addition to the collar helping calm the pregnant cat, the two stray animals have bonded well. Even when a kitten annoys her the whole day with trivial things, like teasing her tail, she doesn't get stressed. When you try to take my older cat near my new cats, she acts really chill with this collar. There is no way to change that, however. Her behavior would be completely different if she didn't have it. It makes me very happy to have purchased this product, it is a nice scent, easy to use, natural, safe, a threepack is the perfect size! I'll order I also appreciate the fast shipping!.
As for him, he gets nervous when new animal enters the house, and unfortunately for him, these last two months have been quite chaotic. For instance, I attracted a new cat on Mother's Day, where Sushi is just a year old and runs around causing chaos. In addition, I am caring for two puppies until they can be adopted by the Humane Society. Billy has had a rough go of it, but after I put this collar on him, he began to relax a little bit better. Now he can eat unsupervised again (I had to he feels better about moving around the house on his own. He is no longer scratching at and tearing up the front door as he tries The items were much more than I was expecting for the price. The Feliway diffusers do not work in my large house because it has unusually good air flow. I chose the collar instead. Did the trick for sure. AMEN! (AND LUSH SMELLS GREAT, TOO!.
