Using furball formula and sensitive stomach together is fine in my opinion, so I doubt it will cause harm to your pet
I still give my cat drops from Homeopet in his water, even though he is on Science Hill Diet for Sensitive Stomach. As far as I can tell, it helps.

I am glad I took a chance on it. As for this product, there was no review when I bought it, but I decided to take a chance because I've used homeopathic medicines/supplements successfully already for myself in the past.
