My efforts to treat my garden with pesticides and dips have not yielded much success. I administered the medicine twice a week in both ears for two weeks and the itching stopped, as well as the mites disappeared. In the future, they will no longer pick at their ears or keep tar in their ears. My dogs took about a month to solve the issue since I have several dogs, but I put it on all of them so they would not be padding it from one to another, and so far they seem to be enjoying themselves immensely. I highly recommend that you purchase the larger bottle, you will use more than you expected, but the product works great.

Whether it's a project or a task, you can count on us. Each of them worked a full time job. It would only last for a few days or a few weeks, then she would start heading down hill again. I finally searched "dog ear yeast infection" on Amazon due to my desperation, and lo and behold, Zymox was there! My interest in reviews has now grown to a certain extent. To be honest, I scoured all the reviews and almost didn't buy Zymox since there are so many positive ones (funny, I know), especially since it seems to be going against what our veterinarian said to In the Zymox instructions, it is recommended that you not pre-dose It is important to wash the ears. What are you talking about! I don't understand how a dirty ear is supposed to help my poor puppy. After trying everything else, I decided that a few more "wasted" dollars (and less of a fight over the ear cleaning) wouldn't hurt, and what the heck, we had tried so much already. *** I AM SO HAPPY GIVING ZYMOX AN OPPORTUNITY! ** Every night for the next two weeks, I treated her ear according to the directions. Although I wasn't willing to give up after the first couple of days, we didn't see anything. About day four I notice that she is not itching very often and the inside of her ears aren't as bright red as they were before. In the evening on day 7, her ears had turned pink and she was literally heading over to have Zymox put into them. I knew it was working the second she got excited about ear drops! I had never seen her so happy to be given ear drops. She was pink by day 14 and no longer smelled like "dead fish" (which I did not think would ever go away - it took 21 days! Since she was scratching her ears because of a yeast infection, she was passing it on to them. Our family has been using this product for over a year. After the initial 14 days, I have only needed to use it about once a month (or less) and for only a few days at a time. Whenever I see her ears turning red, and until her ears return to normal, I use the cream on them. Now she knows what is in the bottle, and she comes running over to have her drops put in, no matter what the weather is like. The 13 lb. I have. It took me some time to realize the smell was coming from the space around his right ear and therefore came from his right ear even after baths. I've started grooming him at home after a bad grooming experience at the groomer. I usually take him to the groomer to be plucked, but after a bad experience, I began grooming him myself. The more I tried not to pluck his ears, the more he hated it, so I would go without doing so much as I could. On Amazon, I found this product, and I spent a lot of money on it. My only regret about getting the 4oz was I wished I had got the There was no need to buy a 25 oz bottle, as one small bottle would have sufficed. Now that I have extra to use in the future, that is a plus. After following the directions on the bottle for seven days, I continued using the product. I noticed a clump of black wax had moved toward the entrance of my ear the day after I used it. As per the instructions, I did not wipe the solution, though I did remove the big clump and some smaller ones the next day. It still smelled and appeared to not be completely healed after the first 7 days so I added another 7 days and it now looks clean (note that I do not know what ear infections are). The solution was used in both his ears the next time, just to ensure that they were both well. It seemed that my dog was more tolerant of me putting the solution in his ear during the second round. Could it be that he realized it was helpful? It was great to get this product and his ears healed without him having to spend valuable time and effort at the vet. The vet is not a favourite place for my little one. Anyway, I hope you found this review useful. The thought of a furbaby in pain makes me so sad.
