Our vet prescribed meds and treatments, over the counter meds, and even home-made remedies have all failed. There were always moist ears in his head, and he shook it I've been dealing with this for almost 2 years now. He was taking some meds that relieved some of the moisture in his ears, but not all of it. The stuff did the trick. There is no pus in his ears and they are dry and clean. There will always be a need for almost daily ear cleanings for him, but after a week of this stuff, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! A pun is intended (sarcasm).
After using this ear cleaner for the first time, I no longer have itchy ears. Neither the dogs nor we noticed any downside to the smell the dogs never complained, nor did we notice any adverse reactions from the smell. A friend of mine who runs a dog rescue recommends this product to her friends. I will buy it again and also recommend it to a friend who runs a dog rescue. As for the size, I got the large one (I am unsure if a smaller size is available right now) and it is a bit bulky for me to use on pets, so I use a syringe when applying.
My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel's ears smell good when using this, and it lasts a long time. In addition to my Cavalier, I have another Cavalier who is sensitive to perfumes and fragrances. For her ears, I make a vinegar and alcohol mixture of 50% white vinegar, 50% 70% rubbing alcohol (a simmer's ear remedy homemade). Infections in the ears were not found.
The scent was nice, but the ear infections caused by the product were not good. Bringing it only for him to clean and dry his ears was all I intended. In the end it turned into an infection + vet bill Positive note, vet said it was ok to use but even though it says "drying," you cannot leave the solution in the wound for too long or it makes it.
I am a Shih-tzu The ears of Tzu tend to retain moisture and become infected more easily. In response to my application of cleanser to his ear and the soft massage I give from behind, his eyes literally roll upward in delight. Currently, the odor that used to affect him every day has gone away and he is not scratching at his ears.
This is one of the best cleaning tools for our dogs' ears. Others have had alcohol in them, but this one doesn't have that and the dogs don't mind it I am very pleased with this.
My floppy ears cause him to get a lot of ear infections, so I have a Beagle with the same problem. It has been nearly two years since he was able to get When I heard that it was possible to use it preventatively (or at least try to remember), I used it A weekly basis. In order to clean his ears, I stick the entire tip into his ear, squeeze some into it, rub it for a minute or so, and then clean them with a cotton swab. I love the smell of this stuff as well.
I use this product to clean my dogs ears, but it is gentle on their With a paper towel, I moisten the folded corner & fold it in half After wiping the ears, put on a pair of headphones Gentle twist of the thread into the ear canal. You may need to repeat it if necessary. As long as their ears are cleaned weekly with their baths, they remain healthy and vibrant A clean environment.
