Update After receiving a razor midweek, I took it to a local barber In 2019, it seemed that everything just stopped. When I say it gave up, I mean it tore at my dogs' hair and skin, which caused them to bleed and cry. I have been very happy with the clipper so far! The company was contacted just a few days ago, on July 28th, 2021. A replacement clipper was delivered to me today, July 31, 2021. The clipper alone does not do the job, but the whole kit does. Bought these in 2019 for the first time and we were thrilled with them! We put them away for the winter and when we used them again in the spring of 2020, we found that once the battery was charged, the unit would not shut As long as it kept going, it would wear itself out. I would say that it wasn't perfect, but it was usable. As of spring 2021, the unit stops turning on at all. (See video below). There's no harm in being blasé, right? I have a lifetime warranty. I hear you. I hear you. Ha ha ha. When the email addressed to customer service ended in "@hotmail", I should have known something was wrong. There were indications from "com" that it was a scam. Emails have been sent multiple times and no response has been received. It is impossible to contact them in any other way. Then I suppose it's okay if you want to waste your money for just a year or two. Fortunately, I will now buy a twice as expensive Wahl clipper set because it has a warranty, which is something at least I am sure they will honor. I will take nothing from you, Oneisall It's LITERALLY true!.
