You are correct This item is advertised as being for animals, and it is strongly recommended. All types of farm animals, including dogs. This includes cows, steers, and horses. One of my dogs had its ear bitten off by another farm dog, and as you might know, ears are filled with blood vessels It was harder for me to stop his bleeding than it was for him to stop bleeding. As I reached for the switch, it flashed After holding the AluSpray by the handle, I generously sprayed the silver contents over the severed ear. This intermittently slowed the bleeding until I could get to a veterinarian.

We found our horse was injured by a fence, and he had superficial wounds. After sprinkling this 'bandage' I noticed there was a significant reduction in bleeding and reduced counts of flies. Healing of wounds went as expected, no bad reactions.
It is a great time to use it.

After my horse sustained injuries to his legs this product stopped the flies. Helped in the healing process as well.
In all directions, the material sprays out equally, making it impossible to utilize. On the internet, I could not find a way to replace or return this item.
