It's large enough for two small dogs to fit in. I have two dogs: a morky, who is my father, and a shorkie, who is my son. They weigh approximately 7 and 15 pounds, respectively. The son is taller than the father, which is amusing. br>I bought this bowl for them and am very pleased with it. Great price, simple to put together, and easy to disassemble for cleaning and refilling. This unit is certainly large enough to accommodate both of them. Every few days, I like to clean the water bowl and refill it with fresh water. The dry food can stay there as a snack throughout the day if you don't leave food out for your dog or cat, but it doesn't have to. My dogs do not consume all of it at once. I give them "Fresh Pet" once a day at night and dry food throughout the day as a snack. This purchase has made me very happy.
P. I got it because I was sick of my 23-month-old son flipping their bowls and water mixing with dry food all over the place. This was a huge success. In addition, I am pleased with the cost. br>*UPDATE*- This page has been updated. After 2. It's been 5 months and I'm still in love with it. br>I hope this information is useful.
This is a very nice automatic feeder and waterer. It'll help us get out of the house faster in the morning. With a couple of pushes on the water bottle, the dish is refilled with fresh water. Since I put these out, both dogs haven't stopped eating and drinking. They seem to prefer them to their previous dishes. Hahabr>br>Because the dishes and bottles are made of plastic, they are light in weight. They do, however, come with small rubber feet that do a good job of gripping the rubber feeding pad. I was concerned about spills (especially from the water), but this is designed to work like one of those office water coolers, with nothing coming out unless you press on it. When food is being eaten, it comes out, but when it isn't, it stays put. In the grand scheme of things, these perform admirably.
The food gets stuck in the feeder on a regular basis, and I have to double-check that the food is being dispensed every day. Because the side walls of the water dispenser are so shallow, when the dog drinks, it literally spills all over the place. To protect our flooring, I had to order a mat to place under the water. I've had the products for a few months, but I'll have to look for something else because we can't leave the dogs hungry if we have to travel.
The water feeder disperses the appropriate amount of water but has such a small opening that it is impossible to clean the inside; the food feeder, on the other hand, is nice but does not self-feed at all, contrary to all other reviews. Because the food does not slide down, you must tilt the container to fill it. They appear to be of good quality and fit perfectly where I have them, but I will have to return them because they do not perform as expected.
I wanted an automatic waterer that didn't require me to refill and kept their water clean. I like how the water flows out in sections rather than sitting out in the open to collect dust, and I like how the white cover keeps the water clean. Plus, you look fantastic! I was afraid the dogs wouldn't like it, but they were immediately enthralled! One dog is afraid of moving water, and I couldn't get her to use any of the other fountains I tried! I'm overjoyed that she enjoys it! It's also simple to assemble and replenish. Every morning, I drain the water and rinse it before refilling it with fresh water. I also appreciate the fact that the feeding portion includes a bowl. That is convenient for me because I like to wash the dogs' bowls every day. I did, however, use my own glass bowls to replace the bowl. I prefer glass, and I have several so I can replace dirty bowls with clean ones! Overall, this purchase has exceeded my expectations!.
This is an excellent alternative to the more expensive water fountains. br> It was simple to put together, and the feeder can be placed in a variety of ways. br>While the water saucer's cover does a good job of keeping debris out of the water, debris still gets in. I wish they would make the food saucer more like a gravity/storage feeder. br>br>Amazing product; I wish they would make it more like a gravity/storage feeder. In the same way as the bubble.
but. For these, I had two separate orders. One set has two pink pieces and one set has one blue piece. one is pink, the other is green I received two different colors in each of my pink orders. My order was altered without my permission. They'll be kept, I've decided. Gravity feeders like these are quite nice. However. It's difficult to keep enough food in their long, wide bowls. They contain water. We need to place something underneath the bottom back and tip them. to put food in the bowls After all of that, I'd like to end on a positive note. These are something I would advise you to buy. Despite my minor issues, they are pleasant.
br>br>Our mutt weighs 40 pounds. The feeder lasts 5 days if it is fully loaded. 7 days. The waterer usually runs out faster, but she guzzles it down like a horse. Filling it up every three days Filling her bowl 12 times in one day is much better than filling it 5 times in one day. Unlike other water dispensers, this one waits until it is fully seated in the base before releasing water. Another reason that, by itself, warrants a five-star rating. br>br>The only disadvantage is that water and food can get stuck inside due to the design of the base; it *looks* like the base can be taken apart, but I'm not confident enough to do so.
