I used to feed her twice a day until I got this device, and now she eats the same amount but in five portions, which I believe has helped her relax. My cat only eats wet food, which I assumed would be an issue if it wasn't kept cold, but it isn't. She now spends her nights downstairs, waiting for my recorded voice to call her to dinner. br>br>It has a great appearance, is extremely durable, and is simple to program. It can be powered by batteries or plugged in, is simple to clean, and the voice recording is loud. I keep it downstairs where she can hear it, but I can't hear it when we're upstairs. br>br>I almost feel like I should buy a second one just in case it breaks, but so far there have been no problems. Just be careful because the on-board computer can be a pain to use. Because the off switch is on the bottom, it's easy to accidentally press it while carrying it.

This product is NOT battery operated; no matter how expensive or brand new the D batteries are, they will not last more than 10 seconds without being plugged in, making it difficult to add the food without having to reset the whole thing. Otherwise, it functions well and is simple to set up. As a word of caution, if you're buying this product to make life easier for you and your food-addicted pet by putting them on a schedule, you'll be disappointed.

Aside from that, everything is fine. (My cat is unable to remove the food) Easy to program, adding the voice recording worked fine, it moves on to the next compartment as it should in the morning, it's a good size, not too big or too small, and it runs quietly. All of this would be fantastic if the opening was larger and the compartments were not so deep and pointed. (The bowl is narrower at the bottom than it is at the top. ) My cat could lick the food but couldn't get it out because it was shaped like an upside down pyramid. After a while, he gave up and simply meowed at me until I removed it and placed it in his usual shallow bowl. I tried it for a few days, but it didn't work, and he still woke me up early every morning with his food sitting out in the open in this feeder. br>br>Now, as a disclaimer, my cat eats in an unusual manner, scooping food up against the edge of his bowl, but it appears that many other reviewers have made it work, so I figured I'd give it a shot. This, on the other hand, was completely useless for me. It would be ideal if the bowls had a flat bottom and were shallower, with a larger opening. (Though a wider opening would probably result in fewer "meals") So I'll give it three stars for working properly. Oh well. br>br> I'm not going to sleep.

It arrived in perfect condition, with clear instructions and delicate packaging. The plate is divided into five large sections, making it ideal for serving one person. Plans for two days of feeding I didn't think about buying an auto feeder at first because my kitten is fed freeze-dried food. Only meat that has been dried. This plate, on the other hand, is capable of holding it! Stella was the subject of my experiment. Chewy's freeze-dried food There are 25 pieces of dried chicken in a single section. It is possible to program the feeder to feed four times per day. This is something I'd recommend to anyone who has hairy friends at home and needs to leave for an hour or more. 2 days. The price is well worth it!.

The voice record feature is useful for drawing their attention to the device when it's time, and I've had no problems with it so far. I'd say that if you're using it for a dog who can get into things, the lid could be easily removed by the dog.

I had to go away for two weeks, and I'm thankful Noya had her wet food every day, which she ran to when she heard my voice! Cat aunt and uncle had late schedules, so they stopped by and took out frozen wet food, which thawed out by 7 a. m. Because this was a one-time feeding and the food had to go in a specific spot, I used a marker to indicate "food. " I also told them to double-check the time and make sure breakfast was turned on. Things can change as a result of technological advancements. They haven't made any complaints, and I haven't either. br>br>I have no idea how long it will last, but now that I'm back, I won't be using it on a daily basis.

It has four time settings (military time) and automatically turns the tray at the set time, as well as a voice recording feature. When he hears the motor turning the tray, our cat knows it's time to eat and dashes over to the bowl. We assumed that because the bowls are so deep, his whiskers would hit the sides of the bowl and cause discomfort, but he doesn't seem to mind. If there are any issues in the future, I will update this, but for now, this is a must-have.
