Questions & Answers

Is this a one-collar listing or a two-collar listing?

It states that there are two of them.

Is this supposed to be a vacation? I'm afraid of her getting into the tree. ?

Please save your money because this product almost killed my cat, not because it was a breakaway but because of the chemical mix they use. My vet told me there is a lawsuit against them, so please look into alternatives to Hartz products.

My two-year-old cat hasn't reached 5 pounds yet, if she ever will, and I'm having a difficult time finding her protection. Is this a viable solution?

Purchase all-natural, essential-oil-based flea drops, which are applied to the back of the cat's neck in the same way that chemical-based flea drops are applied. the ones that are based If you really want to use a collar instead, I'd start with an all-natural color made with, again, all-natural ingredients like eucalyptus oil, geranium oil, lemon grass oil, and cedar oil, which are all very effective essential oils at repelling fleas and ticks. But if your cat has a sensitive neck when it comes to wearing a collar that's saturated with stuff to which you don't know if she's allergic, I'd advise you to keep an eye on her even if you try the all-natural color first, because I had a kitten out of the 30 or so I've fostered in the last 20 years who broke out and scratched her skin raw with scabs no matter what color I put on her. I ended up buying five small bottles of all of the essential oils they recommend, as well as the majority of the top-rated ones. I believe I mentioned lemon oil as one of the natural products I was selling. However, take a look at Amazon's top-selling five-star non-food products. You can see the ingredients and make your own by rubbing a few drops of each in your hand and giving your cat an aromatic aromatherapy massage! Last but not least, if she exhibits nervous licking after you introduce any new color or flee, I would apply the oils to the back of the neck, as well as a few drops on the top of the head, where they won't be able to lick or rub it off while sleeping. Sorry for the long message, but I adore cats and know what I'm talking about, and in these hectic times, you can rest assured that I have your best interests at heart because I don't work for any of these businesses. PS: Avoid buying nine lives cat food at all costs. For$. You can go to Walmart or stay at home and choose at-home shipping or delivery for 75 cents per can, but a four pack of the cheapest human tuna they sell, chunk light tuna with a brownish appearance, costs about $2. Kitties with sensitive skin tend to have sensitive stomachs, so don't go cheaper than Friskies or meow mix for wet food for all your kitties, because they're nearly as much as or exactly the same price if you get a multipack as the human quality tunafish at this point. Stick with temptation if you want your cats to love you even more and to find a new favorite treat. It doesn't matter what flavor you choose. Best wishes to you and your children, especially that tiny one. They can safely lick off some canola or olive oil, or even better, coconut oil, if you rub it on her irritated scabby skin. They actually love it when I give them a teaspoon of Olive oil every day because it's very good for their skin, hair, and nails. the process of digestion

Is it safe to use this product on a three-month-old baby?

That's what I believe. It says kittens, which means they're between the ages of 0 and 8. To avoid having to cut off too much of the collar, I usually wait until week 4 or 5.

Our cats have been poisoned
3/5

Purchase is not recommended. Our two cats became ill after ingesting this product - They were on their way to dying. Purchase is not recommended. A total of $800 was spent on tests and blood work that yielded no results. When all evidence pointed to the collar being the only common factor in both cats becoming deathly ill within a week of wearing it, we removed the collars. They became sedentary, refused to eat, couldn't get in or out of the car box, acted perplexed, and were limp and nonverbal. I was having trouble swallowing. We were worried that we'd have to put them down. br>Within the next 18 months We noticed a difference after 24 hours without the collars on. It's been about four days since the collar was removed. They've returned to their former state. These collars should be taken off the market. br> If we had left them on, I'm certain they would have died.

The photographs have been shown to me - It is YOUR FAULT if your cat sustains a wound as a result of this
5/5

My four cats all wear this brand, and whenever I see them or get a chance to pet them, I make sure their collars aren't too tight; I rub around their necks where the collars are and scratch them. In addition, I'm looking for any wounds or problems. AND I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO LOOK FOR THEM. GEE. IT'S AS IF IF YOU USE THIS PROPERLY AND CHECK YOUR ANIMAL ON A REGULAR BASIS, YOUR ANIMAL WILL BE ALL RIGHT! The same people who are TIGHTLY putting the collar on and then NOT CHECKING IT FOR WEEKS STRAIGHT ARE ALSO THE SAME PEOPLE WHO ARE SHOWING PHOTOS OF THEIR CATS WRONG AND GIVING ONE STAR. Anyone who posts a picture of their animal suffering an injury as a result of this collar should have their cats taken away immediately, and they should be prosecuted for animal abuse and neglect. This collar is fine; all you need is a higher IQ and a genuine love for your animals to check on them.

This product, despite the fact that my cats are on flea medicine, does work every fall when we have a flea outbreak. These flea collars kill the fleas for at least a couple hours, and they continue to do so. Even if you're using a topical medicine to treat a breakout, I strongly advise you to use it. Topical medicines have a strong odor when first applied, but it fades within the first 24 hours.

I have conflicting emotions about this
3/5

This was the less expensive option compared to Seresto, so I went with it. It does not kill all fleas that get on your pet if you have a large number of them. This is something I would recommend if you have an indoor pet. It does work but it doesn't 100% It's not bad for a product that costs less than a $60 flea collar. I also put one on my cat, and I can't pet her because the smell of the collar is too strong for me to hold her up to my face.

If it helps my cat, I'll give it a five-star rating
4/5

So far, everything has gone well! If it actually works, I'll return and give it 5 stars! br>br>Price is correct (do not increase it!). I like the smell, but I'm not sure if my cat does. br>In this order, there are two collars, which appears to be a good deal. br>Cat doesn't like wearing the collar; I'm not sure if it's the scent or the fact that he's never worn a collar of any kind before, and he's only 15 weeks old, so maybe he just doesn't like wearing any kind of collar. br>br>If it works (I just put it on him today), this appears to be a 5-star product. I got it for $10 plus Prime shipping so if it works and they’t raise the price this is a 5 star product 100%.

BEWARE
3/5

When you apply the chemical, it gets all over your fingers- Putting it on your kitty cat, for example. There's a chemical-like stripe on the collar that flakes off right away when you put it on. br> One of the flea collars (the plastic piece that feeds the collar through) broke while I was putting it on, and I have gentle hands! They also have a strange odor to them. My Precious Pets liked the smell of the brand I used before these. br>I would not recommend these to anyone who cares about their pets!.

It was a disaster
3/5

These collars did not work for us because I have three cats. br>br>We just got these a few weeks ago. We've tried collars before. br>br>One of our cats ***really*** disliked it. He didn't like the smell of the collars. It was a challenge to keep it on. The evil looks started as soon as I walked in. The odor faded after a day or two, and our cat appears to have forgotten about it. br>br>The fleas seemed to multiply and get worse over the weeks. The fleas and bites were all over the cats' heads. even if it's not visible. Fleas began attacking humans as well. We (removed the collars), bathed the cats, and bought and applied a different flea control product earlier this week.

This does not work
3/5

Fleas are crawling all over my cat now that he's been given this. You get the white powder all over your fingers and the cat's neck trying to put it on, which is as messy as it gets. After a week, you'll notice even more fleas. I bought a different brand, Bayer, which was more expensive but worked much better than any of Hartz's products.
