A while later, I noticed that steam was leaking out and the unit was exploding. Fortunately, I was not hurt. I checked the top cover and everything appears to be in order. A second explosion occurred. The use of this product can be extremely dangerous, and I was fortunate not to be injured.

I bought this steamer on 7/22/21 and I am writing this blog on 7/24/21. I used this item twice before it quit Despite paying an additional $5, I still had to pay it. I have attempted to log in with the number 00 but am not able to. With my facial steamer, I fill a small powder room with steam by placing it in a little room about 2 x 4 feet with a very low ceiling. Although this steamer was very small and didn't fill the room even after 60 minutes, it gave off very little steam. The steamer came out of the tent with very little steam after I placed it on the highest level, which is 16. This herbal box fills with water and washes out the herbs, however, it does not include instructions on how to use it or even how to It may have been a defective item, as the steamer's ability to heat up my steamer tent is supposed to be adequate. Purchase this item with a warranty, do not purchase it without one. The remote control did not work and I did not even attempt to use it. There is no value in buying this.

My 2' x 4' shower was converted to a steam room and I have been using this product inside it for the past few months. However, even though I leave it on the highest setting all the time, the steam does not consistently come out the same way every time. There are times when a lot of steam is produced but not enough heat is produced. Since it has been tripping the breaker lately, I get the sense that it is about to break. I have updated. Therefore, starting sometime in October 2020, I will be using this steamer. We are now in April 2021, and as I predicted, the system finally failed. The steam generator doesn't stay on for long enough to make steam because the breaker is constantly tripping. You might want to try.
