This seller should be avoided at all costs! It was either a faulty or low-quality product

It is said to be able to support 300 pounds. NO WAY! br> As soon as the steps were put together, they began to sag. When a child weighed less than 100 pounds, the steps sagged to the point where they appeared to be about to collapse. Even worse, the seller charges a restock fee of almost 2020%
Also, they do not pay return shipping, so expect to pay approximately $25 to send br>br>In every way, this was a terrible experience! This seller and product receive ZERO STARS.

The first person to step on the stairs caused the stairwell to collapse

We're extremely disappointed. On one side of the stair, the snap-together posts had completely broken off. I responded to the seller and received the return label, which was a relief because no one was hurt. When I went to UPS to return these steps, the charge was $45 instead of the $60 it had originally cost. - I am extremely disappointed. Purchase them at your own risk!.

Despite the fact that it's Amazon Prime, it'll set you back $35. If you are unhappy with the quality of this item, it will cost you $40 to return it.
