What's This For - It can be used to hang above the sauna stove or infrared heater in a traditional or infrared sauna. You can add aromatherapy oil or salt crystals to the bowl as the temperature rises, producing aroma, and then relax in the sauna.

Size of Oil Cup - Height of Cup 2. 5 inches in length; 4 inches in diameter 8-inch swing arm; 9-inch swing arm The cup has a maximum capacity of 2 cups (1 pint) liquid and is 57 inches long with a 1mm thick bowl.

Swing Arm - Simply place the metal bowl on top of the sauna rock or infrared heater and swing as needed.

Hanging cup with chain, wood block for wall mount, metal cylinder to slide into wood block, extended metal arm, screws, and instructions are all included in the package.

So far, everything has gone well

The quality is quite good. It's only been a few weeks since I've used it, but it appears to be holding up well. I wish there was some kind of instruction or at the very least suggestions for how high to place the cup. One thing I discovered was that having water is preferable. not simply put oil on the fire.

I love how it can swing over the heater/coals and then swing off to the side to reduce additional evaporation once it reaches the desired scent level. It comes highly recommended.

Consider your options before making a purchase

Mmm. It's a well-made, high-quality product that could be useful for a neat freak who wants to humidify their sauna with a subtle scent of essential oil. However, for those who want real sauna steam with a hit of delicious essential oil, this is not a viable option. I went back to using the ladle right away. In the spring, I'm thinking of putting it under the eaves of the sauna as a bird nest holder. I hope it works out for you.

The arm isn't long enough to center over the heater; I have a standard full-size built-in sauna in my home, and the arm isn't nearly long enough to do so
