The purpose of this purchase was to place it in the backyard for my daughter. My only problem is that it needs an electrical outlet in order to work and I must place it very close to the house. My opinion of the bug zapper was not favorable because of its low price. In comparison with other products, I felt this one would be a little more durable since I paid a bit more money. This particular light was very small and filled up quickly, so it had to be emptied right away or else the bugs would start filling up the light itself and then it would cease to work.
