Questions & Answers

Can you tell me what their dimensions are?

The overall height is 52" and the overall width is 70" Approximately 1 and a half-inches overall depth The inside height of the box is 1/4" - 49 The inside width is 1/2 inch The inside depth of this opening is 3/4" Approximately 70 cubic inches of capacity for 1/2" tubes. A foot tall. The height of the door opening is 46 in. Approximately 1/2 inch

How long does it take for the interior to get damp? Do you know how well sealed it is?

There are no tunnels inside the mine so it stays dry in rain and snow. Constitutions and Declarations of Independence should not be stored inside. Yard equipment can be stored inside however. There is a front door, sides and top that overlap each other, and the sides cover the top, so it's a plastic-covered box It is made of plastic.

Would the shed withstand the high temperatures in Las Vegas?

It may be difficult for the lid to withstand direct sunlight as well as high temperatures during the day. Since we have owned the unit for quite some time, it has served our needs well as Although the lid does appear to have a slight depression, here in St. Louis the heat and direct sunlight seem to have exacerbated it. People still seem to be able to open the lid easily and it looks okay.

Does it require a lot of assembly?

Despite its complexity, I found it to be relatively straightforward. According to the instructions, it is meant for two people to assemble, but I had no one to help me. As long as you are comfortable using simple tools, the project shouldn't pose much of a problem.

This is a place to store large items like bikes and other stuff
5/5

The second storage shed is on the other side of my backyard, but it's over two decades old, rusted, and full of webs and things that haven't been touched in ages. I bought this because I am looking for a shed in which to store my newly purchased In addition to your shed, I looked into dozens of other ones from a variety of different brands. I was offered other options that would have cost me many hundreds (nearly a grand) if I had been wanting the dimensions I needed. After spending so much on the bikes and accessories, I don't have enough money for the shed. I checked to make sure the shed met all the MINIMUM requirements needed to store the bikes. Despite the fact that I could have folded up the bike, which had 20" wheels, there was enough room to leave them unfolded on the floor. Both bikes were stored together, and I still had space for a second adult size bike and any related accessories In addition, the booklet gives suggestions on what type of foundations to build on, such as concrete or wood floors. They will give details on what are the minimum requirements, and what type of lock to use and what size (5/6" thick lock with a maximum length of 1") is sufficient. When opened, it measures approximately 5". Additionally, it includes the shape and measurements of the drywood that would be required if you want to fit a shelf on the inside. A slot is already prepared for this purpose.

It is too easy for the doors to pop off, and the whole structure falls down
3/5

My husband picked this storage shed after doing a lot of research in order to find something that would fit in our driveway to hold our neighborhood bicycle. It can carry our bicycle, a folded trailer, two adult scooters, and other small toys. Despite just myself, I was able to assemble it on my own and put it up quickly. It has been slipping off the original assembly since the doors (particularly the left-hand door) were assembled. I went to my husband, since he is a contractor, and I knew he would be able to find a way to keep it firmly in place. As it turned out, I stripped the screw (easy because of cheap screws) before he was able to see When he saw the issue, he decided to swap out the screw and try again to get the door to clamp on. I couldn't get it to stay in place even though I opened and closed it repeatedly. Due to the lack of a door, the structure bows in and collapses a bit when the door isn't in place, as illustrated in the pictures I took. In a phone call to the manufacturer, I asked if there was anything else I could do to help the door stay in place, but they could not offer any solutions. They confirmed that the door stays on using tension when it is assembled. Now, five months after the installation, we have this big plastic object in our driveway, and it looks like it's mostly just a cheap piece of plastic falling apart, which is quite A five star review would be given if the doors were left in place. The doors, however, are the lynchpin of this structure, and it would be impossible to use it without proper.

Qualifications are good in this unit
4/5

I give it 5 stars for both looks and functionality. I gave this product 3 stars because of the assembly method and the error I made while setting it up It is mainly sheet metal screws and flimsy plastic that will need to be nailed together. Therefore, be careful while assembling it. believe it will last a long time if utilized carefully, but I do not think that it will withstand abuse. The RV park where I live uses mine for bicycle storage. This shed keeps the bikes out of the sun and rain and is not large enough for management to complain about it being an illegal shed on the property. One of the stamped holes on one of the roof braces was positioned in the wrong location. As a result, I have made a small adjustment and doubt if this will be a problem. Nevertheless, there appears to be a quality control issue here. You can see the underside of the roof in these images. It is good that two of the holes for the braces are centered correctly, but the center one is almost an inch off.

We were happy with the final product
3/5

It's sturdy and looks nice. I think the final product is pretty good and quite sturdy. The platform must be perfectly level (concrete or other) prior to assembly If you are making something from wood). Right door droops because right wall leans over, causing the lower edge of the door to become uneven. There are some problems with the way the plastic panels are made. An example is that the two back panels don't overlap at the seam at the center. Consequently, the screws needed for their connection are drywall screws. Permanently, the screw holes are not where they are supposed to be. It is important to keep in mind that you will need to screw in a lot of wood screws into Overtightening of the screws results in a permanently loose fitting or joint since the plastic is stripped down. During assembly you can expect to spend much of the day or even all day. It is a difficult project and you will undoubtedly need help. It is a very short set of directions. A second time Make sure you don't overtighten the screws holding the.

The roof was blown away by strong winds
5/5

It would have been great storage, but wind destroyed it. My hope is to be able to put it back together with the parts I have. * Update * As a result of my contact with Suncast customer service, I am updating my rating to 5 stars due to the outstanding support and quick response time. It is great to know that Suncast stands behind their products.

An apartment patio would benefit from this product
5/5

It is a good thing I listened to other reviewers and had an electric screwdriver on hand. I have no idea how people managed to assemble the shed Furthermore, I don't think it is possible for you to put this shed together A roof that is attached to the sides would be impossible, according to my opinion. Having an apartment requires me to have extra storage space for items like a suitcase, vacuum cleaner, large fan and a bunch of As I was worried about its size and whether my stuff would fit in it, I took a long time to select a shed. There is reason to believe the other reviewers The base does not need to be separate and it is durable. There is a cement patio floor where my sits.
