However, we needed one that could house more than just two mountain bikes. We needed one to hold a lawnmower, edger, blower and two mountain bikes. What worked for me was this. The plastic and metallic bracing make this look like all plastic, so it will be interesting to see how it holds up over time. My wife did have to help me a few times while I assembled, but it was not difficult. Over all, however, it was a fairly straightforward process. A great video can be seen on You Tube - For this model, a tube is required.
Due to POA rules, we had to build an outdoor storage unit that was shorter than the privacy fence. In terms of outdoor equipment, we wanted something fairly large, and this suited our needs. As described in the instructions, there needs to be a concrete pad or solid surface beneath the crib, to keep the floor from being damaged. Our final product was a pad composed of a bunch of concrete square tiles, edging, and sand. Making a difference was a great feeling. would definitely recommend using a power screwdriver or a drill with a screwdriver tip, but you will want to avoid stripping out the holes by overtightening. As well, this was extremely cold when we assembled it, so it was super helpful to use a small lunch and tap a starter hole before screwing the screws in. It would be very tedious to start every single screw if you did not do this. All in all, this was a good experience and the quality met my expectations. In the long run, we will probably paint every year or so with a UV-protective paint in order to keep it from breaking down in the sun. The rest of the material is solid and should last for years to come.
The parts should have been better prepared considering that the materials were basic plastic. The parts should have been better aligned and have prep holes on the receiving ends since the materials are basic plastic. It will take a whole day to assemble this. Having a power tool is essential, and since there are no prep holes, you have to switch drill bits so that the holes are first drilled, which takes quite some time, then switch to screws It is a rubbermaid product of standard quality with no unnecessary features. It can be used in storing stuff, but requires light assembly, so its price cannot really be justified.
This was put together without rushing the process, and I think that's important. Do I have a billiard-smooth level surface on which to install it? Not at all. Nevertheless, I found a patch of fairly level ground near where I live, and we don't usually experience hurricanes. I filled it with a snowblower and a push Briggs & Stratton. I want to free up room in my tiny garage by giving away a Stratoton mower and various yard tools. All I can say is that I am satisfied.
The shed is a good buy for the price. Our expectations were for a much more durable item. The wind and rain may break it, but I hope it will hold up. While the directions were not all that clear, the project took about an hour to assemble. I wasn't satisfied with how the package was delivered. In order to confirm their plans, they were supposed to call the night before and the morning of the event, but they When they arrived at the house, a request was made for the package to be placed in the back yard, but they refused to do so and instead put I had to remove the roof pieces and move them to the backyard. The roof looks great, slides well, and will be beneficial to my.
I was impressed with how quickly the product came together and how well it looked. It is imperative that instructions are read The top is tricky to slide over the roof and requires exact assembly. If there had been more instruction or pictures, it would have made it easier to assemble. I fit a vintage Craftsman riding mower without any room for expansion. Otherwise, I followed the instructions closely. It looks sturdy when complete and fits without any problem.
The shed is cute! I love it! I found it quite easy to put together, but I did need to review the steps before I did so The steps to take. Because of two factors, having a friend to help me made the process easier. Our first step was to follow the instructions together to ensure that we got everything right. There are also a couple of steps in which two people are required, such as lifting the two roof halves during installation. In particular, I like how the height of the shed is lower than the height of my fence, which was a concern for me. This is something I would highly recommend.
A large, dirty print of a men's boot appeared on the inside of the lid of the package, which appeared open before. It was not my size, as I wear a men's size 4. The package was also missing a few pieces half of the walls needed to hold them together were missing. It was somewhat difficult to follow the instructions, but I was still able to complete the task on my own being only 5' tall.
