This kit can be customized to your desires. Nothing has been planned ahead of time. You must assemble everything that has been installed. It includes everything you'll need to put it together (except a hammer), including tubing, clamps for mounting on various surfaces, and even a tool for cutting and holding the tubing. The instructions are simple, and all you need is a little common sense to complete them. I was able to set it up on my porch in less than 30 minutes with no problems, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a misting system.
At all. I don't want to be outside when the temperature rises above 90 degrees, which has happened frequently this summer (and stayed there for weeks). However, br>br> By installing these misters in our gazebos, we were able to make the hot weather bearable. These emit a fine mist and, if properly installed, will make your gazebo a comfortable place to sit even on the hottest of days. br>br>However, I did discover that I had underestimated the number of misters I would require. I installed 11 misters in our 10'x12' gazebo after running tubing around the perimeter. I ended up removing 7 of the misters, nearly three on each side. br>br>It's also a good idea to place them about 10 feet above the ground. Initially, I placed them about 8 feet above the ground, which was too close to our furniture and didn't allow enough time for the water to evaporate in the air, leaving both people and furniture soaked. br>br>Once I got the system set up, it worked flawlessly. Thankfully, moving the tubing and removing misters was a breeze, thanks to the misters' designers' thoughtful inclusion of a "quick release" function if you need to remove one (or seven). To connect the tubing in places where I removed my excess misters, I had to purchase some standard 1/4" connectors from my local home improvement store (used for connecting drip systems). br>br>I'll update this review after the misters and tubing have been exposed to the elements for a winter, but so far I'm very pleased with my purchase.
This kit includes everything you'll need to put your own misting system together. All you need is a threaded hose to provide a source of water. The kit was a little too much for my needs; It comes with enough parts to connect a large number of sprayers, but it's nice to have the option, and I now have a lot of spare parts in case I need them. It's very customizable because you can cut the hose to length and space the misters as needed for your project. br>br>I strung this up inside an outdoor feral cat enclosure to help cool the cats off during this insane heat wave. Assembly was simple and all the tools you'll need are included except a hammer if you want to use the mounting brackets. There are no instructions included, but the process is so simple that I don't think most people will need them. br>br>The mist is very fine and makes very little noise, which is ideal for not spooking or drenching the cats while still providing a pleasant temperature drop. br>br>The only disadvantage, if any, is that I could have saved money by purchasing the parts separately in the exact quantities I required; however, if you require all of the included hardware, this kit is very convenient and cost effective.
Everything you'll need to hang the misters is included in this kit. It included an 80-foot tube, special scissors, and several misters. br>br>We cut the tube out several times at a distance of about 1. The 5 feet were then literally snapped on to the mister unit. I thought I had made it long enough when I snapped on the "end cap. " However, I discovered that I could remove the end cap, add more tube and misters, and re-cap it. br>br>I was able to zip tie (which always included) the system down the length of THREE pop up shade canopy's and across one side, and I still had extra tub. I could have made it a little longer if I had spaced out my misters, but we didn't want to soak everyone. br>br>These produce a good mist, but you don't seem to be able to control how it comes out. I'd buy it again, and I'm thinking about using it as part of a drip system.
I wasn't familiar with this mister at first, but I decided to give it a try because it was so inexpensive. It's excellent value for money, in my opinion. I like how you can tailor it to your specific needs. I put in 69 feet of line and 15 mister heads, and they all work perfectly. I didn't use the included clips to attach it; instead, I used cable flex clips, which worked perfectly. The mist is extremely finely atomized and does not drip (as some users have claimed). The cooling effect is good for the $29 price tag, and you can't go wrong with it because it can be customized to fit your needs. I still have 15 sprayers left over after spending less than one that is already asiblemed, but this one is perfect for me. I did, however, purchase a calcium filter as well as a wifi timer. This setup appears to cost a lot of money, but the total cost was only $79, and I still have spare parts.
This was simple to put together, and I appreciated being able to place the misters in the positions I desired. I bought this for both my deck and my chicken run, and after putting it together and running it for a few days, I decided to buy more tubing so that I could space the misters further apart on the deck and closer together in the chicken run. It's been a few weeks since I've used it and it appears to be of good quality.
It appears to be a human patio Mister from the outside, but when you use it, you'll notice that it's designed to keep things wet, not cool. Misters for the patio work in a unique way. The water sprayed from these nozzles does not atomize properly, so it does not evaporate quickly enough to keep you cool. br>br>For reference, I installed the system in Phoenix, Arizona during the summer, and even though it was mounted 20 feet above the ground, everything below was instantly soaked. Not a light dripping, but a "wow, let's take everything off the table before it gets ruined" dripping.
